Amazing brunch! Ordered delivery and it was lightning fast for a Saturday morning. Had the egg and hash brown wrap and the blue corn pancakes. Both were really good, and you definitely get your moneys worth with the wrap! Also the tres leches cake was incredible. Definitely will eat here again Service Delivery Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20
My enchiladas were excellent. The service was better than most other eateries in the area: friendly and informative. The restaurant was mostly empty on a Saturday night. I hope that more people will come to enjoy the food and service at this great addition to Nicollet Avenue. I have visited this venue about four times or so. The service is excellent. I enjoy the enchiladas that are prepared well and delicious. One evening, after finishing my meal at closing, I realized that I had forgotten my debit card at home. The staff member was very kind and I was able to return after closing and pay my bill. That cinched my experience and loyalty at this nice, quiet establishment. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I do not like to write negative reviews and this one pains me but it needs to be said. Food was good but somewhat basic. Upon walking in, there is a sign that says to seat yourself and use the QR code on the table to order. No one is there to greet you you and besides dropping your food off at the table no one comes to your table at all. You get your own water, boxes, sauce etc. It's basically an overpriced fast food style restaurant. Service is at an absolute minimum yet they still ask for gratuity. To top it off they add on a 10% fee to the check total to increase staff wages yet the restaurant was barely staffed. I did tip when I ordered via the QR code because I thought there would be some sort of service, but dropping food off at a table and nothing else is not the service I expected. Besides the food runner I don't think they had a server on staff. I didn't see one. The food is good but the experience ruined everything. I was a server for many years and am notorious for over tipping. I know how hard the job is and how unappreciated servers are. This is insulting to those of us that worked our butts off providing great service in exchange for gratuity. I do not mind paying an additional fee if the servers are actually being payed more than the minimal server wage but there needs to be service. This experience was definitely shady. In the end I feel the owners may be greedy and have found a way to pass the responsibility to pay a fair wage onto the customer and reap the benefits of a full service restaurant. Just my opinion and I could be wrong. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

One word…DELICIOUS! I had the best happy hour eating during my entire trip in Minneapolis! The spicy margaritas were fresh and on point, the fresh oysters and the spicy sauce to add on was Sooo good, I ordered a 2nd half dozen of them! The street corn was good & the tacos were grew too. The ordering system was great and creative to me. I will definitely be going to Centro Nicollet on my next trip to Minneapolis. 😊👍🏾👍🏾 Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It is a cozy place, and its style is distinctly American, central bar, quiet, popular music in English. In short, a very cozy atmosphere. The Mexican food of the place is not good at all. I would recommend ordering another type of food from the menu or the different types of drinks offered by the bar. I should also mention that the place has a very practical payment system in which you can order and pay everything from your cell phone. I come here every week for Happy Hour. On a street filled with restaurants, why keep returning to the same one? Great relaxed atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, delicious food and a yummy spicy margarita. Get the $5 happy hour chips and they will likely offer to refill them when you are done. This is my weekly oasis. I read a book, relax and enjoy. Like a coffee shop, but better because, margaritas instead of coffee! I appreciate the option to order via QR code at the table. It adds to the relaxed vibe for me not to have a waiter pressuring me or trying to turn over the table. It would be a great place to bring a group as it's almost like a mini food hall with multiple concepts in the same building. Every single staff member who has interacted with me has been genuine and helpful. Clearly there is a great manager here. Will be back next Tuesday! We love Centro! The Nicolette location is nice and spacious which is awesome since we always bring our 2 young children with us. Best nachos in town Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Nachos with Braised Beef

First time at this Centro location and it was great! Had no idea Centro did brunch stuff so that was a welcome surprise. Different vibe than the original Centro in NE, but really cool and has something for everyone, including burgers and sandwiches, etc. I had the Centro Crunch (their version of Taco Bell Crunchwrap) and their seasoned tater tots with habanero ranch. Loved both of them! My wife had the chorizo and egg Crunch and the guava roll, both of which were really liked. Highly recommend. Great spot! Very cute space to sit and clearly marked menus with allergy info. They’re really nice about making sure to take care of people with gluten allergies - they fry the fish in a different frier than the yucca fries. Also super efficient with the ordering on your phone. We had barely any wait time! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Recommended dishes Yuca Fries with Serrano Ginger Aioli

Super cute space but the food was underwhelming and pricey. I loved the open concept, local art, and funky decor. However, my fish tacos were unfortunately not good. The fish didn’t taste fresh, and each taco came with a huge fried chunk of fish that overwhelmed the garnishes and made it difficult to eat the taco. The guava roll had excellent flavor but was just a bit too dry. The yuca fries were good but didn’t need the seasoning. The dipping sauce for the fries was excellent though. Overall, I wasn’t impressed, but my friend suggested I give it another shot, since she usually has positive experiences here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
