This is a truly exceptional patisserie with spectacular cake!
What you find here not only looks like a beautiful piece of art, but also tastes wonderful. It's not overly sweet, instead it's full of aroma and with perfect textures. Smooth, creamy, fluffy, fruity, fresh, well-balanced, and decorated with great love to detail.
The pastry chef has certainly done her research and seems to go the extra mile to create something memorable. I'm deeply impressed! ❤️

I ordered a strawberry birthday cake and it came out totally fulfilling all my expectations: perfect strawberry flavor cream with soft chiffon, topped with creative bean paste flower decoration. You can always count on cake researcher for her taste on your dream cake!!

I ordered a tiramisu round cake and it was fantastic!!!! The 6 inch one is quite enough for 8 people. There are multiple layers of cream and rolls which gives a balanced mixture of taste. The chocolate around serves well as decoration and also tastes delicious! Highly recommended for all celebration occasions!

The best cake roll I've ever had! I had the durian and matcha cake roll, the durian cake roll contains a lot of pulp and the matcha roll is rich in flavor (the "authentic matcha" flavor). Everything is perfect and I'll definitely come again!

Was really curious about the cake and booked almost 4 months in advance. It turned out one of the best bookings I‘ve ever made! The owner uses top-tier quality of ingredients with huge passion, was definitely surprised by the look and tastes of the cake. Will absolutely go back:)

I ordered a birthday cake here. The owner is really friendly. She helped me to pick up the flavor very patiently. As for the cake, I shared it with my colleagues and all my colleagues said it was the most amazing they ever had. It is very spongy. And I can feel all the ingredients used are of high quality. The fruits are super fresh. We finished them all very quickly. In a conclusion, if you wanna have the top notch cake in Netherlands, this is the place you must not miss.

We enjoyed a delicious carrot cake and a heavenly matcha roll here. The cakes look almost too beautiful to eat and the taste is very fresh. The atmosphere inside the café is very nice and the owners are very friendly. If you’re in Delft on a Saturday you should definitely go visit Cake Researcher!

Wonderful cakes! The cakes do only only with good designs but also with great taste. And less sugar which you can feel! Fresh one can always surprise you if you are a cake lover! And if you need keep the cake for sometime time, it can be keep for 2-3 days, and still very tasty!

We ordered our wedding cakes from Cake Researcher, and it proves to be the best choice ever! We received a lot of compliments from our guests, many people told us that these are the most beautiful and delicious wedding cakes they ever had! We highly recommend both cakes and chocolates to everyone!
p.s. all the cakes are freshly made, so if you plan to order a large volume, make sure you consult them as early as possible.
