The food is incredible, it’s been a while since I’ve eaten out and truly delighted in a meal. I kicked of dinner with Oysters, then had Argentinan Prawns and Fries. They also serve non alcoholic Prosecco which was lovely and tasted great with my meal.
We loved the meal so much that we went back the following day. Staff are atttentive and super friendly (compliments to our waiter Jasper, really kind and helpful)
The restaurant decor is welcoming and they have a space just as you enter, which is cosy and quiet if you don’t fancy being in the main restaurant space. Both areas are well set up, tables are well spaced out and food is served as and when it’s ready.
I highly recommend eating here if you’re in the area or fancy a a drive and great meal.

Perfect spot, river terrace. Food was very nice! I had coquilles and green asparagus, the menu was very extensive so that made the choice rough. I'll give back again!

Cafe Restaurant Heisa has become one of our favorite places to go on weekends! The food is always amazing, I have tried several options and it is always delicious! We have 3 kids and they enjoy it as well. Definitely coming back!

On a Wednesday evening the restaurant was full which is always a good sign. The food was delicious. Despite the crowd in the restaurant you could easily talk and listen to each other. The service of the staff was noiseless and to the point.
Overall a good evening out against a fair price.

Had a group dinner. Food was ok, but got the feeling they were too busy to cope. We asked for a variety of starters including vegetarian and meat dishes for 8 persons and got a limited meat selection, long wait for a few slices of cheese when asked for vegetarian starter. My Steak was medium-well when asked for rare, they did change no problem but it was tough. Very expensive (75pp) so doubt I would go back when there are several other options nearby. They tried but an expensive mediocre experience.

Good restaurant and bar in Ouderkerk ad Amstel. Cosy bar at the front, nice restaurant at the back. Shared dining concept with high quality food; meats, fish, veggie options. Good wines to match. Friendly and pretty fast service.

5 Star Diner!!
Best Lamb’s rack I had in years.
The T-Bone steak was in a league of his own as well. Love the shared diner concept. It was an amazing evening.

Location perfect. We had been walking for over an hour and decided to stop here. We were the first customers of the morning. Chose a beautiful table by the river in the sun.
Asked for a large Americana coffee. Was disappointed. Had a large cup only half filled with coffee that was luke warm. Very disappointing.
My partner got a large hot chocolate that was very hot and delicious.
Apple pie was meant to be heated but wasn’t. Tasted great but prefer it hot.
location made up for the awful coffee and my partner enjoyed his.
