The prime rib Holiday meal was excellent. Chef has catered to Rossmoor residents in the past for different holidays. It is always excellent. I wanted a nice dinner for my visiting family members and since I can no longer put out a good meal for them Chef Michael does it for me. Several courses all delicious! Got the weekly special that was supposed to be homemade mac n cheese with bacon and served with cornbread. Mac n cheese is ok a bit greasy but I didn’t receive the cornbread
