Slow service, waffle was crispy. However, the chocolate was not Nutella it was some other alternative and it wasn’t good.
Less than good coffee.

Worst cafe service ever. Would give no stars if I could. Through no fault of mine cos of no table service even though place was empty, when I went to collect 2 coffees & due to the stupid glasses & sauces the coffees were served in they toppled & fell over at the service bar, young girl behind counter could see I was struggling but did nothing to help. So basically refused to replace coffees no apology even though I was nearly scalded. When I complained about this just literally stood there laughing. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. beautiful setting spoilt by terrible disgusting service of 2 silly immature arrogant little girls. Didn't understand a word of English and didn't know what decaff coffee was, I love coffee but can only drink decaff, most other places serve decaff coffee. Will be putting this review on Tripadvisor also. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. This place is so bad it's not even on TripAdvisor, says it all really. 😡😡😡

This is the worst place i’we ever been , i waited 20 minutes in front of the counter, and no one asked me what i want , they are act like i was not there.

We had Ferrero Gofri here, which are basically a waffles with Nutella, nuts and whipped cream. I didn't take any photo, because we ate is very quickly. It was delicious, but the gofri itself was quite hard, the girls cooked it for longer than is necessary. You should definitely try the gofri while you are in Zakopane.
