One of our favorite places for dinner on the island! Since the menu changes weekly, we went twice for the full experience. The gnocchi I had on round 2 was made with sweet potato and it tied the best gnocchi I’ve ever had, which was in Italy! My wife had the amatriciana and loved it, as well. We highly recommend eating here. It is a small, intimate venue, so be sure to make a reservation. You will not be disappointed. Wow. We are really impressed of this place. What a nice food. We tried so many top reviewers in Bonaire, and this small family restaurant ended up to be our favorite. Try pancakes - they are out of this world. But actually all the dishes we tried where super tasty, so I struggle to name my favorite 🤤

One of the best meals we had in Bonaire. There is a limited menu but everything is delicious. We had the burrata for an appetizer and then shared the chateaubrion filet and it was cooked to perfection. Our 11 year old had a focaccia sandwich with burrata and tomato. You won’t be disappointed! Edited to add: we went three times while on the island for a week. Juan and Janet are the sweetest couple who own C’est La Vie and they are kind and accommodating.

If you are looking for Amazing food from the region, Chef Juan who is a culinary expert will elevate your taste buds to another level with his 25 years of experience in the industry. The restaurant is right by the cruise terminal where you will enjoy your last sip of wine before departing to your next destination! Chef Juan is fun to chat with and you cannot leave without enjoying the food he is going to excite you with.

This was the BEST restaurant ever. It was a very calming and enclosed space to enjoy the most DELICIOUS meal. The quality and precision in the meals are insane. But over all the was a 5 star restaurant. You can tell by the photos can’t you

We had an amazing experience! We had the lasagna and shrimp and spinach cannoli. Onion soup and salads were incredible. Crème Brulé for dessert was so so good! Highly recommended dinning here. Always a pleasure to have dinner at this small but friendly place. Good food, nice selection of wines and options to sit indoors or outside. Juan and his wife run this place where you also can buy quality pastas to prepare at home and other delicacies. Highly recommended, one of our favorite spots on the island

Last night in Bonaire… best dinner we have had on the island since we have been visiting since 2004. Two picky teenagers said they would love to return and try something else. The highest compliment they can give. We had escargot, pulled pork sandwich, octopus carpaccio, and beef tenderloin. All were delicious. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We had dinner here twice on our recent Bonaire trip. The food is amazing! Highly recommend the tuna tartare, beef tenderloin, burrata salad, actually I don’t think you can have a bad meal here. :)
