In fairness, this review was based on dining in the bar rather than the dining room so that may have impacted our experience. But overall, it was still average, or maybe slightly above average. I would say that the service was attentive and the food was reasonably good, but nothing outstanding. The wine menu was good, but the bottle mark up was pretty excessive, a little over three times retail. The loud music and vibe was less what you would expect of a nice steakhouse and more of an apres ski night club. Granted, it is a ski town, but it felt a bit out of place based on the dining room ambience and the clientele dining in the bar. Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Butcher’s Chop House & Bar gave a great bang for my buck. The service and food were both excellent. Next time we want to dine in the outdoor, individual group igloo- so cute and vibey. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
