In town for a 3 day class, I came across this place and decided to give it a try. The chili cheese fries were excellent...covered with shredded cheddar cheese and put under heat to melt. It's a meal in itself. The gyro was full of meat on a fresh pita. My only regret is that I won't be back to Provo to have it all over again. Thanks for a great meal. I love burgers supreme. I’ve been coming here literally since I was young. Their char broiled burgers are delicious and filling. Their fries are fried nicely and more importantly they have an amazing fry sauce to pair with your fries. They have a lot of delicious burgers to choose from, all of which are delicious. A local favorite is the pastrami burger and the Texas toast variant of that called the Golden Burger. Super tasty and worth a try. While their location is definitely showing its age, it is thankfully kept clean. Their booths could definitely use some fixing up but all that said none of it is disgusting or anything like that, simply old, and it doesn’t bother me personally. In the past, I've really enjoyed the fish burger combo. I've found the last number of times, however, that the fish has been cooked way too long; most likely just sitting there waiting under heat for hours hoping some poor sucker (me) will order the fish. In the past, it's been quite good. When eating in at the restaurant, however, I've taken it back and the staff got me a fresh one. That one was great! Since then, it's been rare. Sadly, I conceded and vowed not to go back. Today, however, we decided to venture back over through the drive-through. I don't know why I was expecting something different, as my fish was once again hard and over cooked. Order something else; do NOT order the fish. Oh, and it appears that the staff has been instructed to do not offer the rewards [points] QR code receipt after payment. I've had to ask for it specifically, where before they would just hand it to you. This business has subtlety changed, not for the better. It was busy on a Thursday night with a full drive through line and a line out the door and they were fast getting me my food. And that didn't diminish from the quality at all. The burger and fries were great, I mean you know it's good food when you can smell it every time you drive past. A great late night burger spot for sure if you're trying to mix it up from your usual in-n-out run. I am not sure why this place has so many 5 star reviews. We got two burgers and both were disappointing. Still edible but we didn't finish them. It is expensive. Be careful when you go to get their half-priced burger deal. It's from 8:30pm to close (10:30pm) which is pretty cool. Just make sure you go earlier than later. We went in last minute to try and grab one before close. We got there with only a couple minutes to spare but were in time to b rung up for half-priced burgers. However, right as I went to pay for the food, the price jumped back up to full, and the reasoning we were given was because the clock had hit 10:30pm and the restaurant was closed. Not cool. That is deceptive and unprofessional. I understand it is late, employees want to go home, and you close at 10:30pm. But if the order had been started before 10:30pm and we were literally shown that the food will cost half-price, it is outright scummy to raise that back up as we go to swipe our card just because the clock had hit 10:30pm. The food and service itself was pretty mediocre. Food was clearly thrown together carelessly and some components were missing. Most of the staff were not outright rude but you were certainly not welcoming. Considering the time we arrived, again, this was understandable. However, we did order take out to try and minimize our inconvenience even though they had a many of their tables filled still with customers eating. It’s not the best burger, but it’s my go-to in Utah County. I used to love going here in college. The money burger (pastrami) is very much hit and miss these days. Crown Burger is much more consistent with its pastrami. Go for the fries and fry sauce and stay for the burgers.
