We decided to try it. They still could not get the order right after being charged to add jalapeños on 2 of the burgers. Did not go back for them to make corrections after we got home. Don't plan on returning. Will stick to whataburger.

So, they are charging 75 cents for a cup of water now? Seriously. I won't be coming back, that's ridiculous. I understand if you need to charge 20 cents to cover the cup, but 75 cents is taking advantage of the customer.

We all know that it can sometimes be hit and miss at fast food restaurants, what with the labor market. Speaking as a restauranteur, I stopped in the NRH location the other day and the food was fresh and hot and remarkable juicy and delicious. Burger Street has been around for decades. I try to support my local small business owners and I will definitely be back. Give it a try!

Update: August 14, 2023. The young man working the drive-thru window at 6pm presented the best customer I’ve ever experienced at this location. Not saying other employees aren’t great at their job, he just stands out. He’s tall, caucasian & had multiple piercings if I remember correctly. Kudos!
My top two places to get a cheeseburger via a drive-thru. I also love there turkey sandwich, hot and cold, as well.
It's been many years since I've been to one and I remember them being really good. The veggies are fresh. The staff didn't listen and got the order messed up. They were very dirty looking as well. I won't return, but I will give other locations that are better managed another try.

Awesome burgers and fries. The olive burger is really unique and delicious but really everything I've had here is great. The service takes a little longer since they cook to order but its worth it.

Usually this place is amazing. And I know going in that it's going to take a few minutes. It's much like whataburger, you order they make it, it takes time. Understand. If it takes a super long time I'm usually compensated with sauce or something. This last time I was asked to wait a moment at the order box, which isn't strange. But after ten plus minutes and multiple "hello.... is anyone there??" I waited, as a line I felt bad for formed behind me. I eventually gave up and pulled up to the window and the guy there was like... "yes?....". Yes, hello... I've been sitting at the order box for ten minutes at least after you asked me to wait... "oh... sorry... let me take these orders, its crazy today"...I placed my order... with the person inside asking me to wait to take the orders of the people behind me first! Again, usually I'd be compensated somehow for my time. This time I wasn't. I tried to do it myself by asking for sauce to be told they were out... it was just super frustrating. I should have gotten a free apple pie or something. Anything. Couldn't even get ranch. What a bummer. The other employees that are usually there would have. Rant over...
Updated review:
Yesterday must've been a bad day for them. The tea tasted awful. Also I was given an unsweetened tea when I asked for a sweet tea. The curly fries had a tangy taste to them and the Chili cheese dog lacked Chili and onions to it. I wish they fix these issues.

Chili cheese hotdog barely had any chili on it but other than that, it wasn't bad. Not as good as the Hurst location. :)
