I come here quite often to eat and sometimes sit at a window seat to study and complete school assignments. The manager LaTrese (in photo) is so gracious, friendly, and always professional. My mother continuously asks me to tell LaTrese hello and she raves about “how courteous and lovely the LaTrese the manager is!” This is the very best Burger King in Winston-Salem! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! Steve the cook prepares orders like a top chef! Do yourself a favor and stop at this Burger King or order delivery, you won't be disappointed! They need to update menu. They still have items on there you can't get. Is it just laziness. And they are super slow. Supposed to be fast food. And my fries are barely warm. This burger king on university parkway has got serious issues. I've gone here several times in the morning through the drive through and no one has answered when I pulled up I kept saying hello hello is anyone there? No one answered and it was after 6am. Their supposed to open at 6am and there were cars parked in the parking lot. And on the times they do answer the black women working there are rude and racist. The black woman who took my card she started cursing at me because she said I jerked my card out of her hand. She is the most racist person and has a hateful attitude. I want to know who is the general manager of this burger king they need to make changes and get rid of the people working there asap. Food: 1 Service: 1

Just an awful experience all around. Haven't been to burger king in years and I remember why now! We have two kids, and saw an advertisement for the new paw patrol toys in the kids meals, so that's the purpose of our going to BK yesterday. Upon walking in I see an ad for free fries with the digital app. We were 1st in line and it took about 5min to order due to a new employee at the register, but he was very kind. After the order was placed, it took over 20min to get the food. The burgers were missing the cheese, the fries were not free (the manager had no idea what the offer even was), the kids were missing their drinks, and the staff had no idea about the paw patrol toys (literally pictures and ads on the menu in the store). Ended up getting a refund and leaving. The manager was so unpleasant, and couldn't care less about the poor service. We ended up going to chick fil a and spent, to the dollar, the same amount, and we're in and out in a couple minutes, and the kids are every bite. Unbelievable how bad fast food can be these days! Stop by here for lunch and the employee was very helpful and courteous! My food was hot and made the way i ordered it! My drink was most excellent too! The dining room was very clean also! Definitely worth the trip to get this kinda service! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I like Burger King for some things on their menu. The Chicken Wrap is good, the nuggets are good and inexpensive, but Lawd, the line is Always extremely long and they are very Slow! I mean it will take 30 minutes in line for service! They need to do Better!

Raw Meat!!! They don’t cook the food!!! Horrible experience over the weekend. My husband and kids got sick eating from there. Thank God I already ate. Asked for a refund and was told to file a complaint online??!!! Really??!!!!!! I have never been to this location and have never had an issue. Again, RAW CHICKEN IS WHAT THEY GAVE US!!!! If I could give one star I would. How are you going give me a half cooked chicken sandwich, I file a complaint and you offer me a $3 coupon that doesn't even cover the cost of the uncooked chicken sandwich. I place an order through Uber Eats. My order gets here & stuff on my order were wrong. The receipt was correct but they charged me for Whoppers & a Big King yet gave me a Whopper Jr & cheeseburgers. If it wasn't because I'm injured & can't drive I would go back & get my money back for this order. I tried calling but the number goes to a fax machine. Never buying from there again. 3 times i have been there a whole hr before they closed, all 3 times i have been ignored at the drive thru like not even a "sry we dont feel like being open tonight" or anything then when i pulled around just to see if maybe they diddnt hear me the employees actually looked me in the eye and ignored me and the other 10 cars trying to get food that i saw from cookout so you lost bussiness not 1 time but 3 times from me and god knows how many others you have lost due to the lazy employees you have i will never be back to this restaurant. I also suggest that you supervise your employees a little better because evidently they make their own hours of operation there and they are probably losing the company a considerable amount of profit.
