I have only ever had one time that I had an issue with an order here at this location and that was a very long time ago before the fire! Missed putting my dipping sauce in the bag with the chicken nuggets. The staff is always great and greet you with a smile. The Whoppers are always perfect and the lettuce is crisp and just makes it the best Whopper I have had! The management is always nice and just great to see today! It ok. I was in the mood for a croissant sandwich. The only problem was not that it was fresh and hot but that the entire top of the sandwich was stuck to the paper and didn't peel off easily. I kept getting paper in my mouth and finally gave up. It isn't that they did a poor job but I guess it needed to cool a bit.....?? (I did not get sausage. This Burger King location does a few things right. One of the more interesting drive-thru setups I've ever seen. A decent 🍔 burger, 🐔 chicken sandwich, chicken fries, french 🍟 fries, and interesting sides. They also do 🥞🍳 breakfast okay. The customer service and the quality are lacking. Be prepared to check your order before leaving. They do have ♿ handicap accessible parking nearby and a 🚻 restroom.

Not a good experience at all. The location was not busy and they did not seem to have a care about friendliness or order quality. The food we received was not in the way we ordered and we could tell corners were cut to save costs for the store in another item ordered. I love this Burger King. It’s closest to my house and has been my go-to since I moved here for my kids. The employees are al great and they’ve learned my order and always know exactly what I want. My lady and I always get good hot food at this location. The Whopper is always neatly prepared and the workers are always cordial and attentive to requests. No place is perfect but this location is preferred for this type of food. Service Take out Meal type Lunch

Unless you have an extra 1hr do not use the drive thru. I did and now I'm stuck in line. This is the slowest Burger King ever. Even slower Thabo Tiki ln in Burlington. Okay now that I've gotten my food I am changing a little bit yes they are very slow but I will say it is probably the best Burger King Burger I have had in a long time because it was actually hot I mean very hot and the vegetables were cold and crisp.
