Invite your beloved with you to have nicely cooked cheeseburgers, hash browns and bacon. A lot of guests say that waiters serve good biscuits here. Clients don't highly appreciate milkshakes at this fast food. Based on the reviewers' opinions, the staff can be annoying. According to the visitors, the main drawback of Burger King is the disappointing service. You will definitely appreciate the cozy atmosphere. But most people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

The lady taking orders was stressed to the max.( But that was understandable, probably short staffed.) The whopper Juniors are not much bigger than the bottom of a small drink cup now. Went through the drive thru. The lady got the order mostly right. But, the kicker was I gave her a $20 and she gave me my change back and just said it’s a dollar short and shut the window. I was surprised by that. I asked wdym it’s a dollar short? She said we don’t have any dollars. I said okay what about in change? We don’t have that either. 🤷 it’s not about the dollar. It’s about the entitlement of telling a customer, basically deal with it. I was so confused. Anyways then I had to go back around and get my order fixed. That wasn’t right either. So strange. Drive through lady. Expect to be working there for years to come. With that attitude you’re lucky if you keep that job. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I drove through the drive thru today and ordered a sandwich without ketchup only to get only ketchup. No big deal, the ticket read -ketchup and they misread the order. I went back into the store, and spoke to a young lady at the counter who told the manager on duty, Deb, who came up to me. I said to her that the ticket was right, and she said to me "I can read", then opened up the sandwich, which between what she said and this just struck me wrong so I asked if she didn't believe me. She made the comment "I have to see it so I can tell them what they did wrong". When she brought me the new sandwich she told me to check it. I said that you just made it, knowing what my issue was I'm sure that it is correct. She said that I HAVE to open it and wouldn't give me a new carryout bag until I did. Deb is a manager with very poor people skills and needs some retraining. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Older guy serving the food around 12:35 on today has the worst customer service. Order large fry and they give me a small and instead of saying sorry or anything really he rolled his eyes and threw the fries in the bag. Worst customer service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Went through the drive through. Employees were confused by their own menu, the first person taking my order of a double cheeseburger meal and a chicken sandwich meal had to be swapped out to take my order. When I got to the window, the smell of weed overwhelmed me in my car. When I got home with my food, they got the order wrong and were missing a fry. And the sizings were wrong on what we got. I waited in the drive thru 22 minutes before I got my food. The way their drive thru is designed, you're stuck once you get in there. The people were talking on the phone and not serving anyone. Went to Burger King on 4/23 around 7pm and ordered an impossible whopper only ketchup, pickles and cheese. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed my burger had mustard, Mayo and ONIONS all on it!! I am completely disappointed in the service provided and was unable to eat my meal due to the amount of onions smothered on my burger. I was quite upset and hungry to say the least and did not have my meal my way. Service Take out Meal type Dinner
Register in the front was down, all managerial staff on shift were extremely rude telling people we’d just have to wait. Eventually one employee began ringing people up on the drive through register. This is a mostly miss place. Once in a while I have gotten good service but most of the time I get horrible service at this location. Why is it that some fast food restraints are so much worse than other ones. You have a standard you should keep it. Have been told the system is down several time. Drive up and it can be five to ten minutes before anyone says anything to me. The food is wrong 25 percent of the time. I guess since I work nights I will have to start packing lunch for a while.
