My family frequents this location from time to time. During the day, things seem to be about a 4 star experience overall. But at night, the employees are constantly yelling and messing around, the food seems to be older than it should be, and there's almost always loud bass coming from the back that overpowers the speakers up front. Cleanliness is .. fine. But the night staff seem to only care about showing up and going home. The job isn't their first priority.

I needed a breakfast sandwich this morning so I went to the Burger King drive through. I ordered a #1 breakfast meal with no bun and asked if the bun could be replaced with egg. In the end, I got the sandwich without the bun but no extra egg but I think that's my fault for not explaining what I wanted properly. They got me what I wanted with just a little less egg but I'm happy with what I got considering I asked for something not offered on the menu. It was delicious all the same and if they ever carry a gf bun of any sort, I'll be first in line to check it out.

The girl handed me my drink spilling, lid not on, no apology no nothing, common sense says “say sorry offer napkins” this girl closed the window as I’m saying “hello, excuse me!” Our cheese sticks were old and cold! It’s like 3 minutes to fry them!! Absolute terrible service and food!!

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line at drive thru while other lane kept moving didn't even get a hold on or hello. Got food said thank u and got window shut on us and burgers were cold and had mustard when i asked for none. Never going there again. Would drive across town to different burger King before east 26th ever gets another dime.

Sold me old food. Chicken fries were soggy and fries were cold. People give you their hard earned money, thats how YOU have a job, thats how YOU get paid. Every fast food place is below average anymore. Disgusting. I'm not even going to call these places anymore. You get a review.

The staff were very kind and the drive thru was very busy. The cleanliness was about the worst we have ever seen. This is not dirty just from today, it really needs a deep clean & daily clean.

I love the manager, Katherine. She is organized, friendly, and a hard worker. I've never had a manager who greets every customer with a smile and is genuinely good at her job every day of the week. She works so hard for her family and I have never met a person who is dedicated to excellence. She deserves a raise.

Breakfast top 3. I also love that after breakfast they will sell you chicken in like 7 different shapes and most of those shapes are like 300 pc for 15$ or somewhere in that range. Spicy chicken junior? I'll have 11 cuz they are C H E A P and scrumptious. I cant even imagine how many entire chickens I've mowed through that came to me wrapped in BK paper. Easily near a thousand and I'm not even terribly out of shape. I've spent the monetary value of a doctorate in the Kingdom, and I'm not slowing down. If they'd ban ketchup i would move in. All the way move in like a serious relationship.
