I actually really like this spot. Always quick, and very spacious inside. The restroom is gigantic and everything is always clean. Stopped here probably 6 or 7 times and never had a problem. Employees and Management are exceptionally rude. They do not carry sweet tea although it is clearly on the menu like all other Burger Kings across the country to do carry what is on their own menu. Management stated they do not have to carry what is on their menu if they do not want to. They also refused to provide a way to contact the franchise. Worst BK I have been to, and I travel a lot. Horrible customer service from who I believe was the manager. The cashier asked her about my order and she didn't seem to care at all. Somehow my rewards was deleted from what the cashier inputted and I lost me free whopper! You have to spend like $50 just to get that free food! She said there was nothing she could do and shooed me away like I don't spend my money with this chain all the time! If you're using the App, DONT COME HERE!

Horrible experience. Sat in line was told to please wait. So we did. All the cars went through no one was there and I still had to wait 5 more min and yell into the mic that they forgot about me. Not many people at 12:30 on a Saturday, even in the drive thru. Ordering was quick, no wait, polite staff. Food arrived very quickly, hot and fresh. We'll stop again. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My burger was OK, but the best part was eating it at the soda fountain whilst I watched the manager rally his troops when 2 bus loads of limited English speaking foreigners got dropped at the front door... and he handled it like George Washington crossing the Potomac. Kudos to you sir. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent, fast service with food that comes out fresh almost as soon as get your drink filled. All this in a super convenient location in beautiful Cortez. Great stop for a quick food break or to relax in a very family friendly environment.
