The staff is always super friendly. They keep you updated on how long your food will be, I always get random stuff that I'm sure not many people order so it takes longer..and I appreciate them communicating with me. The guy who made my food, and wrapped it, was very diligent and careful to make sure it was of quality. Not just slapped together. The dining area is always empty, so that's why I gave it 4 stars. But staff isn't goofing around like some other fast food places, and it's usually pretty clean. Food is hot and fresh... I placed an order for delivery on the burger king app. Upon delivery 4 out of 6 items were missing. I called and asked for the order to be remade and was told that I would have to contact door dash. But I didn't purchase through door dash. I purchased on the burger king app. After contacting door dash. I was told to contact burger king. Which is who fulfilled the order. Anyway. I'm writing this because I was robbed of $20 and only received a large fry. Which was supposed to be free because I redeemed loyalty points for 1 large fry. Anyways. Won't be back here 0/10 do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere... Side note. The manager did say he would remake it if I came and picked it up. But the fact that i don't own a car, I will not be walking 2.2 miles to burger king while it is 30 degrees outside. Hence the reason I purchased delivery.
