I pulled up and there was literally no one (customers) here. Get my food and from experience I’ve learned to check before leaving. I ordered a large hash brown and received small. I tried one they were cold and hard. I asked the young lady if I could have a large and fresh. Decided to check the sandwiches and they were cold!! I asked for fresh sandwiches as well. She had an attitude like I was just supposed to pay for old cold food. When I finally got my food it was over cooked!! You don’t have to worry about me coming back. So my review is based off of the food quality and the customer service. I will say when I have gotten food from there, which is pretty often. It is always fresh and delicious. The women that work there are friendly and they are always helping you find a deal when it comes to getting certain types of food. What I will say is their general manager needs to get it together because there is no reason that they should be short staffed all the time. I don't know if it's the pay or what but they definitely need to hire more people because the wait time is not great. But for me I'm willing to wait for fresh food and it always is. Bread always hard no matter what, service is rude, but they are kids. Cheese Tator tots are not good, has no cheese whatsoever. Impossible whopper was best item out the 3. Worst Burger King I’ve been to in awhile. I ordered a bacon king with no ketchup or mayo and add onion and they some how forget the main staple of the sandwich. Whoever that old weird looking Hispanic lady is that's there right now that barely speaks english is rude as hell and lazy and impatient. Does not listen and has an ugly attitude. The staff was very overwhelmed, slightly irritated and brand new cool cooking that wasn't sure how to correctly assemble sandwiches. One staff member even locked the inside doors (despite the same that says during business hours, doors are to remain unlocked) So no one else could come in turning away many other customers and placing us that we're waiting for food in a weird predicament because the people that were on the outside were knocking trying to get us to let them in. I’m pregnant so I wanted everything fresh and even went into the restaurant just so I wouldn’t hold up the drive thru. Got my food about 5 minutes later and still cold food. I addressed the lady at the front after 10 minutes of everybody just walking back and forth as if I wasn’t standing right there. Never again. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes almost just for them to tell us there was to many people ahead. We needed up leaving and not a single person was ahead of us. They just weren’t taking orders. Julio was a joy and greeted is when we approached the place to order our dinner. My son ordered and recieved everything hot off the grill. I ordered the $5.00 SW whopper which was amazing and it was so big i couldn't finish it. Place was located off of Beach st in Halton city right off the highway and was well worth the extra 7 min. Def the worst BK on the planet. Ordered on the app. The food was to be delivered within 30 mins. 90+ mins later the food was delivered. Completely unacceptable considering we just spent $89 on the order. The door Dasher was in constant contact and indicated they were at the restaurant waiting on the food and had been for a while. A previous door Dasher dropped the order bc of the long wait for the food. Once the order was received, it was missing several items and everything was cold. We decided to go to the store ourselves to get the rest of the food. When we arrived we found the lobby doors locked without a reason or a sign indicating why. A customer that was let in before we got there let us in. It took an additional 20 mins to get the rest of our food. More ppl showed up at the store so finally one of the employees unlocked the door. I tried to leave feedback with Burger King but they continually had technical difficulties. If this is the service BK is serving then they need to go out of business.
