The steamed buns were very tasty. Megan took care of everything wonderfully. We were lucky and beat the rush around 6:30 but it would be well worth the wait. Fun games are available in the common area to occupy time. The cinnamon buns were the best dessert possible. The owners need to make sure that supplies are plentiful so all buns are available for purchase at any given moment though...

The buns here are so good. We got sick of them and we're pretty much full off of three each. The buffalo chicken was good but their special Cuban one was my favorite. The hamburger one tasted just like a cheeseburger. It was crazy. They also have a drink section but currently do not have any diet drinks. But all of the drinks did look good. The area that this is in is nice and chill. They have some games and a hangout area.

Bun Boiz has moved to the Food Court/center area of The Village At South Campus. The new google location is correct. It shares the space with The Vibe Virgin Bar.
Because of this close parking is a bit tough but they have a much nicer area and kitchen now. The bunz are amazing as always, I got the Bun B Q this time. Bunz are cooked to order so it took a bit to get mine, but it was worth it. Great price for the quality. You order via the tablets they have out FYI. Tons of nice seating and games.

New location is one of the best places in Provo to spend time with friends. Incredible lighting and service. Buns are top notch and fairly priced. Great place to go if you want to study or play board games with friends.

We never have a bad bite here. The date night bundle is always a good deal, but sometimes you just need a slew of buns to get you through an afternoon of work. 😅 Thanks for the delicious work fuel!

Bun dough was fluffy, tender, and had just a bit of sweetness! The Buncle Rico was my favorite because the filling was more saucy. I wish the other buns I tried (the bun of the month and Bun Crack) had been saucier because they ended up seeming a bit dry. Flavors of everything were great though!

Steamed buns take me back. We tried the bbq, the buffalo chicken, and the cheese burger one. The bbq and buffalo chicken one was fantastic. The burger one didn't really taste like a burger. Could've used some pickles, ketchup and mustard. I mean if you're going to say it's like a burger, them be like a burger. We also had the mochi cake. Unless you're a big fan of mochi I'd pass. Next time we're going to try the dessert buns. Can't wait to go back and have a curry bun. Parking is tight, might be best to park at the Smiths parking lot across the street.

The best place to eat those dumplings! They are delicious and you can have a great time with your family, friends or date!
They have a promo called, “Date Night” where you have the option to choose two Bun Boiz (salty) and one bun Boiz (sweet) with two can sodas of your choice. I love the environment this restaurant has. People should go there and try the options they have. Highly recommended.
You will love it.

This little shop in Provo has some charm, given the exterior, the parking lot of doom, and the clever painting on the interior walls. It does remind one of an alley shop on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. Easy to order with a no-nonsense menu. I love char sui buns so I had to get that one. The bun of the month, carne asada had me intrigued so I ordered it and sat down.
The table was sticky, to the point where my phone stuck to it, but I think that’s due to the humidity in the shop versus lack of cleanliness. My order came out in good time.
The char sui bun was on point. Bigger than what you find in Shanghai but given how tasty it was, that was fine. They don’t scrimp on the pork and the bbq sweetness wasn’t overly sweet. A five star bun!
The carne asada, on the other hand, which I did finish because my mama raised me right, was a disappointment. The minute I picked it up, it split apart and that was it for the filling, as it went into my tray. There were no utensils to be found so finger food it was. The carne was good but the cheese was mystifying, to the point of disturbing. Near as I can tell it was either Cheez-Wiz or Velveeta, neither of which are cheese, nor do they have any business going anywhere near carne asada, which we all know is a holy meat offering. The only that saved it from being a two star bun was the carne.
So give Bun Boiz a try. It’s worth a visit. Skip the carne asada bun and load up on the char sui.

So yummy! Great to try something new. Delicious fillings. We got BBQ pork, buffalo chicken, cheese burger, and Japanese curry. The buns are so tender and soft. The whole family loved it. Even kids. Go now!
