I have been here few times in the past year. I enjoyed the last few times that I was here. It was nice the first few times I have been here. But recently with the new staffing I will not come back again for a while. I literally, felt discriminated by color. I was told by the waiter to choose my own table. Which I did not mind because he explained that they were understaffed. I understand and appreciate the transparency. However, after we choose a seat we noticed that everyone who was seated after us were being attended too. We were ignored and the all the servers were split by color. Literally, whoever was white got sat on one side of the room and any colored folks were sat on the other side next to the bar. At first I thought I was just thinking too much but as I watched and made eye contact with the same server serving the 2 tables next to us and he totally ignored us, along with all the other servers. That was when it was clear that we were not wanted on that side of the floor. I waited another 5 minutes to see if they were going to serve us first because we were sat first. 5 minutes went by, after waiting 15 - 20 minutes, the server came back just glanced at us took the orders next to us and took off. I know racism when I see racism. It was a classic type of I'm not serving you type of racism you see in movies. I also, noticed the colored servers would only serve colored folks and the white servers would only serve the white folks. Don't ever come here is you are looking to just be American. Go to Olive Garden where you will be treated with respect, dignity and as an American. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff members exhibit an exceptional level of hospitality, making me feel welcome every time I walk through the door. Ordered carry out on a Saturday night. Email said food would be ready by 6:20. Finally got my food at 6:57 after waiting 40 min with a group of others in the lobby waiting for carry out. Restaurant was only half full too. When we got our food, it tasted like it’d been sitting for quite some time. Soggy fries, room temp meals, and we didn’t get a side of fries that we ordered or the ranch with our fried pickles. Definitely will not return to this location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I will say I will never eat at Buffalo wild wings again. I ordered delivery and waited such a long tome for my food. My fries tasted hard as a rock. I did not receive my drink or sauce. My wrap I couldn't even eat the tortilla it was so stiff. I called the customer service number and talk to such a rude lady. The restaurant refused to seat my party while 65%+ of the tables were empty. They claimed that "the manager expected a large amount of online orders to start coming in" and that it would be a 45+ minute wait to be seated. In an empty restaurant. I have never before heard of a brick and mortar restaurant refuse to sit dine-in customers over "expected online orders". You can turn online orders off. As my party stood in the lobby deciding where else to go, we witnessed at least 15 other people walk in and directly out after being told the same thing. This is a tough one because we do really enjoy eating here. However the last several orders for pickup ordered through the app have been incorrect or missing items. I waited to leave my review because I typically am not one to complain however this is extremely frustrating. Tonight I was missing a sandwich and was given blue cheese instead of ranch when the bag was marked with an R for ranch. I went back in and got it corrected. However another item in my order tonight had everything on that it that shouldn’t have been and was missing the one thing that was supposed to be on it. I wish they would do better with their carry out orders. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Got here at 5pm. Sunday night, hardly anyone here, no game either. Ordered an appetizer and ate all the chips, then it was 99 cents more for chips. Got food an hr. later. Party of 4. Service was provided by bar lady who already had enough going on. Drinks went empty. No napkins, had to ask for those and silverware.. not overly excited. It took over 2 hours to get our food. Went to front counter to request to speak to manager. The guy at front counter said the manager was busy cooking. So we couldn't speak with him. So we asked for him to send manager to our tables. Never came over to see us Yet was sitting out front after all in a booth speaking to a man having drink. Our food when h come out burned and so hard COULDNT eat wings. I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. My daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday, so we ventured to the city, had a fun day and were ready for lunch. I wondered why this place was empty on a Saturday at lunchtime, but now I understand. There was no hostess when we walked in, though there was a man working the take out kiosk. We waited ten minutes, with no line ahead of us, and still no one greeted us. My daughter REALLY wanted bdubs though. Finally the man felt bad and seated us. Then we proceeded to wait 20 minutes for NO ONE to greet us, get our drink order, nothing. I saw servers passing us, helping other tables, but even if there was a communication issue and they weren’t sure whose table it was, seeing us sitting there with no drinks should’ve had them taking initiative. I finally convinced my daughter that I’ll take her somewhere else because if that was the any example of how the service was going to be… Absolutely unacceptable. We love bww food but we will never come back to this one. Service: 1
