First of all I work in this industry, I’m a longtime server, so I know the ins and outs. I arrived to pick up my call in order. No one greeted or acknowledged me for 5 minutes. The girl that finally came to see why I was there seemed shell shocked when I asked to add to my order. She disappeared for some time and came back with my order, checked me out and walked away without saying one word or giving me my receipt. Unbelievable. Not even a “thank you, come again” Whoever is hiring and training needs to be fired. Now the food. I order my wings with sauce on side. My wings were so dried out they were inedible. And to top it off one of the wings still had the feather barbs on it! Unfortunately, I picked these up after work and drove home 35 miles before I saw this. So the service was fairly decent couldn't complain there they weren't too busy which was nice the food on the other hand was a complete disaster there was six of us it took 45 minutes to get the food after we had ordered and again there may have been 11 customers in the whole restaurant and everybody was already eating but us. We literally got shorted a chicken wing out of a 10-piece they got nine, I ordered the pulled pork burger with no grilled onions it came covered in grilled onions and then I asked them if they could make it without those so they took it back to the kitchen scraped off most of them not even all of them mind you and then put more barbecue sauce on my Burger so it came back cold as well as the fries and then the New York style cheesecake that they offer you can tell came from two different cheesecakes because two of the three slices we got were still frozen and mine tasted like it had sat in the fridge for a good couple of weeks uncovered all in all I can't complain about the service the atmosphere was good but the food I could not give more than one star as it was very subpar Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The food was pretty good. I got the boneless wing, but they do feel kind of dry. Although I'm sure that's every place is like that. Service can be good sometimes and other times pretty horrible. I guess that just depends on the night and how busy they are, so not bad. the atmosphere feels pretty comfortable, so that's a 5 star for me. We're definitely go again. Not my favorite experience. Staff wasn’t welcoming and it felt like the greeter treated us as an inconvenience. Our waitress was fine. We were the only ones in her section for at least 20 minutes when we got there and they sat us at a VERY dirty table and didn’t clean it once we sat down. We asked for a high chair and they brought one over also filthy and she literally just tossed food out of it and handed it to us. Not impressed. Food was good. Fries were great as always. Good food and service. Was nicely surprised by the Quality and taste of the food and the staff. Have always driven by thinking it was cheap food. Well it's inexpensive but still very good. I visited this location earlier today. Bad a couple of drinks, chips and cheese with chillies and some wings. Food was delicious but service was mediocre. A male was my bartender but halfway through he took a break so he could rub up on a female in the parking lot. Lauren later came on but took little notice on my dri k refill. After refilling my drink I had to ask another server for some chips and cheese. Cheese was cold as ice as I got it to go. Sad sad day. Eat at your own risk. Very very disappointing experience. We have eaten at many BDUBS through the years, & had a family member work at one during college. We used to like this particular restaurant. It has gone SEVERELY downhill. Had 2 bad experiences in 2022. Literally took 11 months off. Went today. Wish we hadn't. Ordered hatch cheese with chips with chili. No chili. Chips were burned. Ordered their loaded tots. They were great - except the brisket. It was ALL FAT, very little edible meat. Ordered 30piece boneless wings. The sauce and flavor were good, but they were cold. Barely room temp. NOT hot. Served with 2 pieces of celery and 3 carrots. Seriously??? With a 30 piece order?? Two beers and 1 glass of water. Never received water. Restaurant had 4 other tables. They were NOT busy. Appeared well staffed. Bathrooms were dirty, bordering nasty. This was 30 minutes after opening for the day. Check was wrong 3 times. We will NEVER return. Don't know what's happened to this Buffalo Wild Wings, but it's AWFUL. Disgraceful. Lots of choices to eat at in the immediate vicinity - won't return here. We went in at around 8:30pm and while we were seated very quickly the rest of the service was awful. The waitress came over for the drink order and when asked basic questions about alcoholic and even nonalcoholic drinks she just said I don’t know to everything. Finally we decided to just go to the bar which had no selections or variety. After ordering basic mixed drinks which tasted very watered down with all the ice the waitress came back asking for the food orders when we weren’t ready she said she’d be back. Well after we all decided (party of 9 and it wasn’t busy in the restaurant at all) the waitress stood at the bar talking with her coworkers but not coming over to the table. I decided to get up and go get her instead. When the appetizers started coming out there were super hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The other food came out and the wings were doused in too much sauce, the fries and tater tots were cold, and the brisket tacos had minimal meat with a lot of fat. The waitress came back once and it was right after the food came out and never even asked if anyone wanted drink refills. Besides the food and service the restaurant itself was filthy and so were both the bathrooms. Food and garbage all over the floor. The bathroom had garbage, toilet paper, and paper towels everywhere and on top of it the toilets were dirty too. Overall very disappointed in every aspect. Especially when the check came and for 9 people, 2 of which only had appetizers and 1 who only had two drinks all for a total of over $300. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible service. Told us we would be waiting for 10 minutes, ended up waiting for 30. Then when we were seated, we were told we would be served in "10 seconds" and it's been another 10 minutes. Servers passed by us and the lady who seated us didn't even offer drinks. This is the second time this has happened. Secondly, there's almost no servers at all. They're completely understaffed and the atmosphere is so lonely. The building is always empty. For this kind of service, I'll be glad to take my money elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First off, I didn’t want to make this review the last I’m I was there because I wanted you I give them to benefit of the doubt but they proved to me again that they just can’t handle customer interactions. Everyone that goes there, or calls in or orders online are customers. Yet it seems like this location does not have a very streamline order online process. I observed a manager walking around on the floor taking in the environment while the line was starting to build at the door and absolutely no response to his people that were struggling on the floor. A new waitress had to cover the entire left side of the floor on a lunch rush that caused a large wait for seating. Heard many people making comments on how dirty and unmaintained the bathrooms were. And my 25 min wait for an online order that took over an hour to get, that also had to be taken to the back because they didn’t put everything in the bag is just disappointing. I don’t see myself coming back to this establishment till management is changed or something is turned upside down. Because that is not how you let a business be ran.
