Honestly wish I could give it a negative rating. Everything about the experience from this Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely horrendous. Came for a pickup order during my time slot. Sat for 10 minutes before someone came out to address the 3 others sitting with me. Came back with two orders. One order she apologized they didn’t have drink carriers, second order she said the other half was still “on the board”. Went in back and came back to notify customers that they were out of the drinks they ordered. Those customers sat there for 15 mins before they got their next portion of the order. 50 mins pass and the hostess comes up to me to tell me there’s no order for my name. Turns out they gave a doordasher my order when his order was sitting on the shelf the entire time. Comes down to attention to detail. Total time I sat in the lobby was over an hour. No comp, no nothing. Just a sorry for the error. Unbelievable. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND coming here. People who came for dine in also had to wait 5-10 mins standing mind you the dining room is less than half full. Oh also writing this in live time, had two orders completed before mine as well. Overall it was an okay experience. The lady was nice however the meal was not very pleasant. Kinda disappointed in the order over all… the wings were very dry to the point that I had to add my own sauce from home because they didn’t add barely any on. The fries tasted like they were sitting out for a while and put in a box. They were not fresh. I’ve had their meals before and I have to say this was the most disappointing one. We went for my husbands birthday for wings. It was perfect to go that day since it was buy 1, get 1 free. We ordered way too much with the intention of taking home for leftovers. The bar was packed for the NFL draft night but the ambience was friendly and upbeat. The buffalo ranch wings sauce was HOT and tangy though. It should be recategorized higher on their scale. This is our last visit to BWW. The food quality and service has been lack luster at best, but the visit last night was the final nail. We were promptly seated in a near empty restaurant (7 tables total with 2 at the bar). After waiting for 15 minutes for a waitress, finally flagged one down. Apparently our waitress couldn’t figure out that she had a table in the near empty section we were seated in. This waitress then said she would take our food and beverage order. First plate of food showed up 22 minutes later (kids cheeseburger and fruit cup). We then proceeded to get another plate for each of the remaining 5 at the table every 5-6 minutes for the next 27 minutes. 54 minutes from the time we walked into an empty restaurant, the last person received their meal. That’s atrocious. Apparently it’s a struggle to expect a kitchen full of staff (we could see them) can adequately fry chicken and slosh it around in a sauce bucket, to be able to serve a table their meals at the same time. Most of the food was dry and overcooked. It was terrible. The waitress was apologetic, and it was clear she was about the only one of the 9 employees we saw standing around that, that was actually exerting any effort. $123 (inc 20% tip) wasted away on terrible food, at a restaurant clearly lacking any management in the kitchen. Ordered a to-go order on my 30 minute lunch and ended up waiting 20 minutes for someone to finally grab it in the back for me. They continued to seat multiple parties even tho I asked for assistance at the to-go counter. I even tried flagging people in the back and they all ignored me. When a woman finally came to the counter my husband and I were very upset and she wouldn't even let us speak! She continuously cut us off when we were trying to say our food was now cold and she was relentless that it wasn't cold.. not sure how she'd even know that seeing the food was sitting under a warmer for 20 minutes.. that's NOT fresh. She said she would refund us the entire meal. I called to follow up and said I'll get a call back and I never did and I still did not receive my refund. ORDER: #1000002550705. I don't usually do reviews. I have to say the service (new girl) was good. This is a place that has WINGS in the name of the restaurant, yet the WINGS were the worst I have ever had anywhere. Dried out chewy over cooked pieces of leftovers garbage. It was as if someone didn't finish their wings a day or two ago and threw them on my plate plate. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great place to eat! Them new blazin wings are spicy hot! Gets sweeter after eating 7 or 8 of them. They did give me some milk for my child too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not sure on the food yet, ordered online and was not greeted or asked anything, however 2 different groups that came in after me got seated before I was even greeted or asked anything. What a joke. Would just walk out but I already paid for this order. As I am writing this a third party got seated and I have yet to even be acknowledged. The lunch menu is very affordable however not much selection. I got the chicken tenders which were very small. The breading was good. Almost like a KFC flavor. The dipping sauces are the same as the wing flavors. I tried teriyaki and sweet BBQ. Both were terrible as dipping sauces. For whatever reason they taste much better on wings.
