I love how sweet the employees treat the customers, I love the lavender milk tea with coconut lychee. I would 10/10 recommend Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Coconut Jelly

I got the thai milk tea with boba, it was pretty good. I think it could have been a bit sweeter. Their mochi is fantastic but overpriced: $2.50 for one! Also they burnt my sister's waffle which was disappointing. I really wish they had their menu online so I could walk and already know my order. Inside of the shop they have this tall dark counter with one small menu lying flat in front of the cash register. This is terrible because only one person/group can look at it at a time. I think they should utilize the tall counter and write the menu on it so everyone can decide their order while still in line instead of already at the register. Sorry I didn't get a picture of the menu for yinz guys, I felt too uncomfortable to do so :(

The associate was very helpful and patient helping my 2 daughters find the perfect drink. If you are looking for some good boba for you and/or kids, give this place a try. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bradley was amazing- he was 5 stars!! The ONLY thing that did not make sense at all was the K-Pop music- definitely not the island vibe! I would have loved to sit & enjoy but the music changed our minds otherwise would have been 5 stars! Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I love this place but this message is written for the owners to read: How do you have only one employee clearly working under stress during rush hour? With low inventory and during Holiday season??We ordered one drink and it took 40 mins… Please do better. ALWAYS have at least two employees. They deserve a good working environment and we deserve better service. Specially if you’re charging premium.

The tapioca pearls are not sweet (they have an unfortunate metallic taste) and about a third of them are incompletely softened. They don't use enough flavor powder for the amount of liquid they use so it just takes like sweet milk. Went there twice and same kind of mediocre experience. Male employee on my second visit kept taking down his mask to speak. I'm vaccinated but I don't want this exposure risk.

Overpriced. We paid $10 for just one small drink (including 15% tip) Boba is not supposed to be that expensive. Also… please have more than one employee working. They’re dealing with a rush alone!!

It’s just so overpriced, totally NOT WORTH what it costs. Boba is always hard or undercooked, tea is weak, cup full of big chunks of ice. It costs $6.80 for a small bubble tea plus employees asking for a tip. Ridiculous.
