I went here on Tuesday, got a SUPER mocha. No complaints! But the next day I ordered a JUMBO, but when I got home they were the exact same size cups. Not sure why she charged me more but gave the smaller cup… I was VERY upset. Such a tiny cup for $6.

Best vanilla latte around. Gals are great and I look forward to my lattes. They get me going and hit the spot on a cold day. If you haven't gone lately or never tried them, give them a shot. Good stuff.
I love supporting a local business, and I have loved brooks and terrys since I was a teen! however lately the last several times I’ve gone my bagel is ALWAYS burnt. I let it go those times because i understand mistakes happen. I stoped by today and from the beginning I had a feeling this was not going to be pleasant. I was hardly greeted, and when I ordered I asked the girl working said her name was “Paige” if she could make sure the bagel didn’t burn, all she said was “the bagels are frozen” so I’m guessing she meant they easily burn? I should have checked the bagel before I drove away because sure enough it was burnt again. I go back to let her know, and she responded very passively aggressive that the bagel was not burnt, instead of apologizing she literally argued with me about the bagel not being burnt. I gave it to her so she could see herself, and she scraped it off cream cheese with her bare hands and again said it was only partly burnt, she seemed very annoyed, mean and she lacks customer service. She offered to make another one, however after that kind of attitude I chose to just get a refund. I hate to post negative reviews and I would have much rather talked to the owner, but I didn’t see a phone number to call and that is why I am posting here. I don’t plan to buy anymore bagels and I sadly won’t be back for a while, that’s if I ever go back. I hope the owner sees this, their employees are very rude and definitely need to be talked to.
Absolutely appalled by how the company is handling a situation with a loyal customer last week. Also, their newest employees are dressing way too provocative to be a professional business especially so close to vulnerable aged children (it's next to a high school). I will never shop here again. Highly disappointed after being a loyal customer for 9 years.
I heard super good things about this coffee stand but when I ordered a choc peanut butter espresso milkshake it tasted like straight up unseasoned peanuts. Usually I’m not a very picky person but I was treating myself on a bad day, and I just wish I went somewhere else :/
If I could give 0 stars i would! Stopped by today and the girl there was very rude, sticking with Bugles! This isn't the first time, the employees are rude. Today topped it off.
This place might not be all the hype that dutch bros is but the coffee they present you is of no doubt as good or in my opinion BETTER than any big name espresso stands out there. And the staff is outstanding as well. Very respectful. And very diligent in their jobs.
Brooks is literally my favorite person to see in the morning. He knows my drink, he knows the temp I like, he asks my about my children. Honest home town service. I will honestly stop buying coffee if he closes. Great people. Great coffee ❤️
Sweet mother of all things caffeinated. How could you do this to me? How is it possible that I could love a drink SO much I would be willing to drive 45 minutes, 1 way, just to taste that peanut butter heaven?

4 star is only because the whip topping seems like it's made in house, YUM. However, the consistency can vary from visit to visit. I come for that thick, rich, heavy cream to coat my mouth. When I make that long drive and get runny whip, my heart hurts and I low key want to tear up at 33 years old.
