We put our names down for a table at Kim’s and had two hours until our table was ready. We had to wait about 20 min to get in to Bronto Bar - they only had a few people working and said they had to catch up before refilling the seats.
The ambiance was cozy, dark and moody, as expected. The menu included a variety of drinks with multiple spirits, also ranging in high to low to no proof options. They also had a few food options, including fries and a spam n’ cheese burger. (I snuck a bite from a friend, it was delicious!)
I had the Kim’s Gibson (piney, dry, pickled) and By the Sea (blue, sweet, shark gummy included). Both were satisfying and recommendable if you gravitate toward those flavor profiles.
We’ll be back. Thanks Ann Kim & team!

The food tasted great, the drinks were pleasing, and the atmosphere is the coolest cozy I can think of.
I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Check it out, and get there early if you can!
We put our name on the list and were seated quite quickly. We ended up sitting in the middle section with three other couples. The seating was tight and quite annoying. We were told by the server the we needed to be “cognizant” of our chairs so that we didn’t block the path from serving other guests. If you’re tall, your knees will be up
against the table.
The service was mediocre. The staff seem annoyed, despite charging a 21% service charge on your check. Go somewhere else, it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.

It is not the big place, don't expect much, it is a small place but although it seems warm the staff does not have many good manners. We asked one of the guys at the bar what red wines they had and he told me that it was the only one but he didn't know the name. I repeat, don't expect too much...
