It was my first time going to a Braums and I must say, it was nothing to complain about! The bacon cheeseburger came out hot and fresh the way I ordered it and the fries were hot, fresh and crispy as well. I would give it 5 stars across the board, however, the restaurants floors and tables look like they could have been wiped down and cleaned a little better. Overall the decor of the building looks dated and could use some updating. I did not try the ice cream, however if you're going there for a quick family gathering for good burgers, apparently this was a good place to stop and I would recommend stopping there. We asked for customized scoops in banana split. He was not interested to take the order though the Rocky road is still available. Moreover he is not friendly with customers. Specially a guy with thine and brown hair….

Shopping at the market inside is a delight! There are sweets, of course, such as wonderful cookies, try their Oatmeal Raisin (the price is very reasonable) as well as fresh fruits and vegetables and very delicious cottage cheese and yogurt in incredible flavors!! The best part, though, is the service from Joy, the Manager, Charlotte and Alicia. All of them are ready with a smile to help you have a better day! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awesome ice cream - rich, creamy, flavorful. Got a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of pumpkin. This was probably the most accurate pumpkin flavor ice cream I've had - and I've tried a lot. My husband got a double scoop hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream, and he said it was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful - the place was busy, but they got everyone's orders together quickly. We heard a lot of good things about Baum's and now can say they all were true. Highly recommended!

This manager was super rude, I ordered an ice cream cone and it was given to me half melted so I asked if I could get a new one and she gave me an attitude. Plus I witnessed an employee returning ice cream, that was already given to the customer, back to the ice cream bucket. AND my friend wanted a milkshake but the milkshake machines were so dirty with milkshake stuff and covered with flies.
