One good thing we have in Utah is the plethora of Mexican restaurants. So unfortunately the only reason I am not giving this place a five star is that it doesn't quite reach the level of flavor as some of the other places I have tried. Their food is good and some of the meat have a very nice smokey flavor. The portion sizes are quite large with all the fixings. The salsa bar had a nice selection of heats some of them quite hot ( I have a pretty good spice tolerance if that means anything). It is definitely worth trying once I can see it being other people's favorite place! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

All the meat had a very strong smoky flavor which my husband loved and I thought was okay. The portion sizes were fine, but smaller than I am used to getting at comparable Mexican restaurants for similar price. We ordered the Steak Fries, Carnitas Plate, and Tijuana Burrito and liked the burrito the best. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing food in an amazing new location. This restaurant used to be located over by the old dollar movie theater. It is now located next to the UPS store and Fast Signs, just west of McDonald's. This is a must try for anyone that loves Mexican food! Delicious, fresh food in HUGE portions! The new location also is really nice, with two large dining rooms, beautiful decorations, and great music! This would be a great place to watch a game with your friends on the large TVs, have a birthday party, or just meet up with a few friends for some awesome food.
I’d like to give this place another try. I had the Texas burrito, and it was good but not enough to order again. The price, portions, and meat quality were all great. I see other people raving, so I may try again in the future. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I grab lunch here a couple times per month. I love their burritos, but I think their plate (chicken and al pastor) is my favorite! Everything is delicious and the service is great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I absolutely love Brasas! Their sauces are perfected along with the marinade and meats. It is amazing!!! I have NEVER been disappointed with my food or service! The cooks know me! Hahaha! I will forever keep coming here! There fish tacos and shrimp tacos are some of the best ever ever found!!! Best street tacos I've found yet!!!
Absolutely Phenomenal. The exterior doesn't do it justice (looks a bit sketchy) but the interior is super cute and very very clean. Wife and I have been longtime fans of the OG Brasas (which is like a tent in a parking lot) and we were skeptical about this new location being as good, but we were wrong! I wish I could give it 10 stars. I have no idea what people are saying about it being pricey. A taco is $1.40 and a freaking flat of Carne Asada Fries is $9.99. Insanely affordable for mind-blowing Mexican. Stop going to Don Joaquin's and go here. Order the Tijuana Burrito, the Aztec Fries, or the Chicken Nachos. 💯
We went there and I had a Chimichanga. The meals cost about 12.50 each. You order and pay up front. Then the cashier brings you your food. I was surprised to see a big plate come my way. It had a good helping of spanish rice and refried beans. Also, there was a small salad. The chimichanga was big. It was moist and tasted good. The food was good. It had a different style of taste. But it was good. The flour tortilla was deep-fried. My wife had a quesidia. It was a big portion. Again, it was cooked differently, but it was good. The atmosphere was good. But it was cold. I wished I would have worn a coat. It was casual with wooden tables and chairs. I had to get directions to the bathroom. The cashier was kind and helpful. We both said we would return. I brought my family here from Arizona and they loved it! It beats any other Mexican food we have eaten. We ate the Specialty Tacos (Locos Tacos), steak burrito, steak chimichanga, and a chicken and steak taco. We were impressed with the meat and how they marinade/season the meats. We will come again for sure!!

Got a pork carnitas burrito and some horchata. The burrito was fine, but unremarkable. The salsa bar was pretty good. But the horchata was undrinkable. It was like rice-flavored snot. Absolutely bizarre. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
