I cannot complain. The food was excellent. It was a very nice, relaxed atmosphere, and the service was excellent. There was something missing from my order but they figured it out before I realized it and took care of it. Will definitely go back. I went in side.Had to be the manager never seen him before.took my order.i got 4 meals.gave me 3 cups.when I said something he wanted see the receipt like i was lying but he was wrong.thats one.then he didnt make my order someone else did.they didnt put my sauce in the bag.againg I say can I got my sauce.same guy.. extra sauce cost extra.i say I aint nun in here.he look stupid cause they didnt put it in there. Went today and the general manager (I wish I would have gotten her name) was so extremely sweet. I have kept a smile on my face all day just carrying the lovely vibe she gave my husband and I. Thank you ma'am I will definitely be back and hopefully you will be working. 🤗

Raw french fries 🍟? Halfway down street look in my bag gonna eat a hot seasoned french fry...raw potatoes no seasoning. you would think that customer service would be important but Bojangles refuse to have good customer service no matter where you go😠the scores are a true reflection of what type of food y'all serve. Please take a look at Chick-fil-A's customer service style...they are serious about taking care of their customers and they are making moves. Drive by one and observe...the lines flow...the staff dresses like they care and they actually smile and speak. This is NOT the time to provide bad service...

This location is near my job I’ve experienced old food 3 times in a row I try to give the the benefit but every time it never fails old food that can cause illness I’m not pleased and I will never support this store again cooperate must address this issue people are actually giving them a paycheck for the do us like this not once but 3x that’s it for me definitely lost a great customer

Pretty decent Bojangles location. It can be a little hit or miss with quality ( how hot things are or crisp). However, the seasoned 🍟 fries, the biscuits, the Cajun filet sandwiches, the 🐔 6 supremes, the sweet 🍠 potatoe pie, and sheer wine our next level. They season the fries at this one!!!! I hate that I have to drive further away for good Bojangles food but I’d rather have hot fresh food than what I usually get from other Bojangles. I went through the drive thru, was told there would be a 5 minute wait for fresh steak. No problem. It was exactly five minutes. The steak biscuit was fresh, the fries were hot, fresh and seasoned! Friendly staff. I will return here !!! Excellent job at this Bojangles!!
