This is our one-stop we have to go every time we are in North Carolina. We've been doing it for 7 years. I am still not happy they discontinued the best sauce they had, but we are still coming here. It's a tradition. The biscuit, chicken, and Bo rounds were on point today at this location 👌 My daughter's bestie had never been here, so we made it a first time today. She liked it as well. As we knew, she would. I ordered the 4pc tenders with biscuits, Bo rounds, and buffalo sauce. 😋 The staff here are friendly. It was clean as well. Family friendly. We went through the drive-thru this morning and was greeted by the most wonderful customer service from Kay, she was so pleasant and kind. It was exactly the kind of welcoming experience you would want at a fast food restaurant. Then upon getting our food Khadijah was also so incredibly kind and genuinely nice. They have a really great staff working up there with great positive attitudes! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The building was dirty, understaffed, no trash cans in parking lot or outside. Counter staff was very nice but my food took a long time. I realize they're putting out drive thru first, but it was still a while. Did didn't meet NC Bojangles standards. The store in Hampstead NC is fire!! One of my girls loves loves loves Bojangles!! Whenever we travel down South, I would get her some Bojangles. They will only eat dark meat, and because of 2 mistakes other Bojangles locations made, I always ask for them to double check the chicken in the box to ensure it is dark meat. The young lady at the drive thru was so kind to check, and she was friendly too. The Cajun beans was yummy! Green beans needed some salt. Biscuit was delicious as always. The chicken thighs were a bit fatty. My girl ate 2 thighs leaving me the drumstick, biscuit and beans 😁. The chicken was yummy, too.

I recently began stopping at this new location even though there's a location much closer to my job. This one is 10x's better. The service is friendly. The food has been consistently fresh and hot on every visit. And it's clean. The morning rush does slow them down a little but no more that most restaurants these days. They're doing a great job, bringing me back as a customer after Id given up on Bojangles. Kudos to the crew! This place keeps a B rating. That alone says don’t eat there. The people are nice but waiting @ the drive thru line for 10 mins waiting on someone to take your order is unacceptable especially when u have employees outside of the building who can see there are people in the drive thru. They need to close this location. This location made the news last yr for its low grade & nastiness. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a good experience this morning at this location. There is a manager there today a black lady with a shirt cut wig and the staff was so friendly and I had a few special requests on my food and they did it without hesitation. I had been here previously and did not have a good experience but I can tell the lady manager this morning ensures customers are satisfied. This Bojangles does not even deserve 1 star. I have tried to give them the benefit of doubt because I am a restaurant manager myself, but ever time I've been here it's a bad experience. Horrible service, it's always a 20 min wait on chicken, and that's after you've already waited 15 mins just for them to come to the intercom. It's just ridiculous! Bought a 5 piece #9 combo, was only given 3 pieces of chicken. The Mountain Dew tastes watered down. I barely got any fries in my order as well. My husbands biscuit was also squished almost flat.
