Came here excited to see Rachel & Vilray the other night for an evening of intimate duets. Back-bar beer fridge (chiller, condenser?) came on halfway through the set and proceeded to create a sputtering racket for almost 20 minutes. Both bartender and manager said it had been a longstanding problem they had tried to address but that "it didn't really matter unless the music wasn't loud enough"...I guess they don't cut any live albums at this location. Would not return.

What a fun evening!!! The entertainment was awesome!! The staff was so nice and Dana our bartender was the best!!! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and she made us feel extra special!!!

This is a wonderful venue to spend time with friends and family. The acoustics are amazing and engineered to perfection. The staff was helpful. The food was visually pleasing and tasteful to the the palate. The booth is comfortable and private. The chairs appear to be uncomfortable for longer periods of sitting. In addition. It is a small venue therefore one may be intimately sitting next to a stranger. Nevertheless, it is a friendly and energetic environment for the old and young.

Premier live performance venue at Napa. Plenty of young audiences for jazz. Jazz doesn’t need saving. It’s well and alive at venues like this.

BNN was definitely a highlight of my vacation. We had floor seats for Judith Hill. The girl is multi talented and puts on an enjoyable show. I didn’t know any of her music, but it didn’t matter. Her performance was a family affair. Her mother played keyboard and piano and her father played the bass guitar. I wanted to give the venue a 5, but the food and waiter fell short. We attend the early. My friend ordered the shrimp and was told the item wasn’t available, and I waited most of the show waiting for a glass of water. I also didn’t like the fact that four people are required to reserve/sit in a booth.

We went to see keiko Matsui last Sunday. It was a good show. The venue is quite small. It is first come first serve. The food was not up to par with the show. We had to return the fish and chips because the fish was cold. It needs to be upgraded. I ordered a Mai Tai. Service was fast.

Great cover band for Journey & Foriegner. Mostly dance floor. Disabled seating only. Full bar good wine & healthy pours. Parking difficult as down town Napa was hopping with tourists.

I received a gift certificate to Blue Note for Christmas. Went online to find out it can only be used at the box office. Went to the box office at 2:30PM on Wednesday and it wasn't open,so I called the delivery driver number and was told to wait someone would come down.TWENTY minutes later I got in and asked for two tickets to a show and ordered them. I went to pay the balance of certificate value and price and was told they only take cash. So, I had wait for the clerk to go to the bar, redeem my certificate and then use most of my cash to pay the difference. I love love music, but I will never get a gift certificate for someone from there and if the concert experience is anything like the ticket purchase I won't be going back for anything.

Great, intimate music venue! I sat at the high bar, and my seat was perfect. It didn't appear to me that any seat was a 'bad' seat, except for the few on each side of the stage. There were several booths, tables, and back bar seating thru out the venue. My high bar seat was cushioned with a back. No sidearm but they weren't missed. No one was seated next to me on my left, which was great as it could get a little tight. I think if they took just one chair from the row, it would be perfect spacewise. There's plenty of counter space for drinks and any goodies you may order. Excellent, efficient servers. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Customer service is ALWAYS genuine outta the gate! I love the seating & the lighting is on point when I record footage..can't ask for more!!
