Fantastic atmosphere and the food was amazing. The wine pairing is also extremely well put together, and the owner/server was very welcoming and friendly. A true represantation of Modern Norwegian cuisine and local ingredients. I'm nitpicking, but the pacing was off, sometimes up to 45m on the next course (to be noted it was very busy), and we should wish there was some more of their delicious sourdough bread, but otherwise a fantasic experience. 9/10 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person kr 900–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

A highlight during my vacation in Norway. The owner and his wife will sit down with yiu and explain how the food is made. Using local products as much as possible this restaurant is an experience in taste that you need to have if you visit this area of Norway

Absolut spitze. Der Service ist richtig gut. Richtig nett und das Essen ist mega. Man fühlt sich beim Essen nicht wie in einem Restaurant sondern wie als würde man zu Besuch sein und mit einem Freund zusammen essen. Sie benutzen Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten und Zutaten aus der Region.und Die Getränke sind ebenfalls aus der Region. Ich hatte einen Super Abend und die Atmosphäre mit den Bergen war atemberaubende. Also Fazit wenn ihr in der Nähe seid empfehle ich euch dort hin zu gehen.

Wer hier vorbeifährt ohne hier einzukehren hat ganz klar etwas verpasst. Selten so eine Geschmackserlebnis erlebt. Unglaublich freundliche Bedienung. Muss man unbedingt erlebt haben.

Bjaaland Bygderestaurant serverte oss en utsøkt matopplevelse, samt upåklagelig service. Hver rett ble presantert med råvarer samt råvarenes opprinnelse. I tillegg hadde restauranten en spennende drikkemeny som passet bra til hver rett. Anbefales på det varmeste!
