Fantastic!!! We had an amazing waitress, Sky, she was above and beyond!!! She came and checked on us and made sure we was well taken care of! Her personality was great, she has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to her. Me and my husband was very pleased with her service!! The food was terrific. I had the Full Rack of Ribs and they was cooked to perfection, sauce and meat! They was not overcooked or under, honestly had the perfect amount of sauce. Then we had the Nashville Bone in Wings. The flavor was savory & enjoyable. The manager came to greet us and was very welcoming himself. I will be coming back! Every enjoyable Birthday Dinner! Maybe it was the phenomenal food, maybe it was the best first date I’ve been on in a while, but this was definitely a 5 star worthy experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have attached some images of the bland chicken breast they sold to me, it honestly didn't even look edible. I decided to atleast spruce it up by adding seasoning and cooking it a bit longer (1st pic) so it would char a bit. Also so I could stomach it because it looked so disgusting compared to the prompted images on here. Ordered on door dash via their “slo roast” online restaurant the food looked great on the images. I ordered catering from here for about 33 people and the experience was super smooth. I ordered online with the different box catering options in addition to two things of the main menu. When I arrived to pick up my order, 99% of it was ready to go with a few last pastas finishing up. The staff member I worked with was super helpful with the entire process. I even had called about 5 hours before to add two more additional boxes meals and they were great with accommodating that request. I will definitely consider them again for my future catering needs! I came in this evening for a date with my husband after two weeks away due to military duty. My prime rib was perfect and delicious! Hit the spot after eating nothing but catered food for 2 weeks. I ALWAYS choose to sit with Georgia when she’s serving because I know service will be exceptional. Drink from the bar was great as well. I highly enjoyed my experience this evening with my husband. My daughter and I came in to grab some dinner following shopping at Hanes Mall. The restaurant was very nice with a great atmosphere. Parmigiano crusted chicken dish and glazed salmon was ordered. The pazookie for desert was divine. We weren't drinking this trip but they had a large brewhouse menu. Will be back for sure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great atmosphere and ambiance, as always the food is good and the staff is friendly and very attentive. Brandon was delightful and helpful with recommendations from the menu, we will return for sure! * Another great visit on Thursday, Virginia and Peyton were so attentive and awesome for sure. At my recent visit, I was instantly greeted with charming and energetic hosts that picked just the right booth for our hot date! The server was quick to get our drink orders and very knowledgeable of the diverse menu, which helped narrow down the perfect dish we had in mind! Our drinks stayed full and we even made wonderful conversation with our waitress. The manager, Olivia, could be seen double checking on all the guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience. As a former server, it’s obvious the manager is very involved to create a consistent dining experience that exceeds other franchises!
