In a nut shell: a very disappointing stay that I wouldn’t repeat. I had high expectations given the good reviews.||I stayed solo in room 6 (suite, top floor, two flights of stairs) by myself for two nights as a birthday treat. ||||Plus points||Location excellent. Great terrace l. Bed and shower were great. TV size good. Toiletries fine. Minibar is free. tea and coffee making facilities in room. ||Staff approachable, friendly and but not very good at responding to a bit of negativity. For example, I was asked how I I slept and I was honest and said that I didn’t sleep well because of the heat. And was promptly asked If I had put the airco on. Well, of course I had but having that whirr on the whole night and breathing in airco air is not quite my idea of pleasant. My breakfast order of scrambled eggs without bacon (I am a vegetarian) came with bacon and when unmentioned it, the waitress said that she thought I wanted it and left, returning minutes later with the same plate minus the bacon but lots of grease instead. Terrible presentation of food! And a disappointing breakfast on my last day||While I couldn’t hear the terraces and bars in my room for the most part, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for those who are looking for peace and quiet in the hotel room in the evening. After 10pm, everything was closed due to the current COVID rules but I have no idea how that would work out once the rules change.||||Minus points||Room size misleading. I booked a suite thinking I could maybe work a little in the room, but the seating area is a small table and two chairs. Just enough space to fit a laptop and a cup of coffee. There were two very small windows in the living area so no view. It all felt a bit claustrophobic. ||I did ask them to check I was actually in a suite and was told that I was indeed in a suite; larger royal suites are across the road. I can only imagine how boxy the deluxe rooms are.||Low beams mean that taller guests may have to stoop in the room. And the bathroom and toilet are open plan i.e. no door so no privacy. This might be an issue for some guests. Shame these points are not mentioned in the site. ||Also housekeeping store towels etc. in a sort of room right next to the suite, so you can hear everything they say to one another and any times the doors are unlocked and locked or someone comes up the stairs. Above room 6 there is also a room. I could hear people walking around around above me.||Room was also warm which I expected given the weather. Although the air conditioning worked well, I don’t think it would be very healthy to keep it on all night. So, I didn’t but I woke up a few times in a sweat.||||Tip: call beforehand and ask questions on room location and room size before booking. I wish I had.

Stayed for two nights the room (No.6) was at the top of the building, yes the stairs are steep, lovely huge comfortable bed and as mentioned free mini bar. Breakfast was excellent as was the meal we had there on the first night. Staff very friendly and helpful, they carried the bags up to the room. Would definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again.

Just stayed 5 days at t’keershuys. This is a super great hotel . It is chique and cosy. Also modern with eveything you could wish for, Aircon, Expresso machine, Tea making and mini bar. And beds are the best…! The staff are lovely, friendly and ready to help. The food is delicious, served in comfortable cozy room with views on the side street. We had room 1 which looked down on a busy side street, but surprisingly there wasn’t any noise. If you want a luxury hotel, with great service, t’keershuys is it.

The hotel is located in the heart of town and everything is in walking distance. The room was very nicely decorated and spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK and service was fast. The light on the staircase switches on when movement is detected at night, however the second light going up the stairs switched on much too late causing a dangerous situation. The rooms is quite noisy, noise from the street and walking on the floor above you is very well heard. To our surprise there were no tissues in the room and the towels were very worn.

Our visit to Den Bosch was to see the city where my father and his family came from, so we wanted to be in a central location to make the most of our short stay.||Hotel ‘t Keershuys exceeded our expectations in every way. ||The Royal Suites are set in a separate building just across the lane from the main hotel/ bistro entrance. Our Royal suite # 8 was on the middle floor of the building, so up 2 flights of stairs of which the second set are a typical steep spiral.||The rooms are very modern, and are decorated with calming colours and high quality furnishings, but still retain their historic charm with original exposed beams and brick wall. Something to note ~ although the Royal Suite has 2 king beds in their own area, they are only separated by an open wall partition. So they are fine for families, but not really 2 x 2 couples if you want your privacy. Or if you are travelling with bad snorers!||The rooms have black out blinds with remote control and although the hotel location was in a very busy location for our Friday night stay, the windows seemed to cut out most of the noise when closed. Just be aware if you are a light sleeper though.||The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful.||The staff are very responsive with emails and speak fantastic English. They were warm and welcoming, and were very happy to hold our bags before and after check in.||We loved our short stay in Den Bosch and it was made all the more enjoyable by staying at Hotel ‘t Keershuys. Highly recommended to stay here.||
Nice place in a beautiful city. My omlet was good, but they forgot to put salmon in my wife's omlet, she got a new one, but it was undercooked, third one was OK but she was not hungry anymore. Unless we didn't have to pay for her omelet.

Do not come here. The owner is suffering heavily from some psychological issues. The waiter took our order but instead of bringing the right toppings, he brought plain eggs. Upon asking for some bacon and salmon, the owner came out onto the terrace SCREAMING and scaring my mother. After us saying we don’t want the plain eggs he said we have to pay 27€ anyways and threatened. So if you’re a foreigner, beware of this place.

Nice place, but it is very noisy. If you come to enjoy the hustle and bustle this is definitely a good choice. But do keep in mind that cleaning trucks and cleaning crews will start at 06:00 below your window.|Staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious and well equipped.
