Love this place! The vibe, the atmosphere, and the service is TOP NOTCH. Morgan and Tina always have the biggest smiles and inviting and welcoming presence. The pride they have in their business and what they offer to the community is felt each time.
You walk in, go to the counter, get a 16oz of the Magpie Marzen (my favorite of their brewing delights) – and all is right in the world again. Every time I visit they have the most warm and humble nature- Birds Nest Brewing Company is a “come as you are, stay a while, and be yourself” kind of place.
The food- though…. WOW – THE BEER CHEESE – THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD…. No joke- the absolute best- chunky gold goodness of the Gods. They offer it with a warm pretzel or pretzel snacks… don’t waste your time on that noise friends--- just ask for a fork and eat it STRAIGHT UP - *You can thank me later*.
