A very cozy and friendly establishment. I was particularly happy that they had gluten-free bread with which I could substitute their normal bread, and it was tasty.
We each had an English Breakfast (at 3pm... they serve all day breakfasts), and it was hugely satisfying. (Just expect one egg, not two, if you're not Dutch). Still a very satisfying meal and no cooking will be required this evening.
I also wanted English tea, which is something really hard to find here in the Netherlands.
The trick is to ask for 2 tea bags and milk on the side. Some establishments are funny about 2 bags, but they were not and so I proceeded to complete my meal with a good cuppa!

A great looking, cosy little restaurant well located. There is a nearby church that played chimes while we were eating. The terrace is floating on a canal. Pretty cool !The food was delicious. They have vegan and vegetarian options and their coffee is really decent. I also took their mango juice. To be honest, the mix was made so that I couldn't really taste the mango as much. But it was still good 😊

If you are passing by Delft this is a good place to have a brunch, lunch or drinks. During the spring and summer times they have a boat in front of the restaurant where you can sit and have your meal looking at the amazing Delft landscape. As in this period is very busy you sometimes may wait a while to order, although the team is kind and attentive. Don’t worry if you cannot get a sit outside, inside is beautiful as well with a cozy vibe.
They have a lot of options in the menu, however, I always take one of the options at the All Day Breakfast part which include a lot of food, an orange juice and a hot drink (coffee, tea, capuccino…). Really!!! Is more than enough for one person.

One of these rare places whith a boastful name that happens to be right on the money! Definitely one of the best breakfast places in Delft, especially the English breakfast is warmly recommended. Excellent coffees too.

Incredible staff member and lovely hospitality! We came on a busy Saturday lunch time and the place was very busy so the lovely short hair staff member told us to come back in 20 minutes and booked us a slot. The lunch was really great! Having some photos on the menu will be even better. It will be also nicer to have a filter coffee or to have better coffee beans that are locally roasted. The atmosphere was lovely and it was packed with lovely plants. Highly recommend :)!!

Amazing breakfast, lots of options, and types of food. Very helpful staff as I asked was it possible to change something out. They sorted my request for me. If you order a breakfast, you also get an orange juice included as well as your choice of tea, coffee, or cappuccino. Not a long wait for food either and a wonderful atmosphere. Will be coming back again

This place is such a gem! We came out of town in search of a food brunch spot and it didn’t disappoint! The service is very fast and friendly, and made us feel so welcome.
Love their menu as well. The English breakfast is recommended. Would’ve loved if a vegan version would be available too!
What a great breakfast experience, it is not common to find good sit-down restaurants in Delft that are open earlier for breakfast. Bij Best happens to also be a great cafe restaurant for both breakfast and lunch. They offer a selection of international breakfast choices which are all generous and made with great ingredients, most of which are homemade. Thier juice and coffee selection is also outstanding. Location is nothing but picturesque with a fair amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Service also rounds things off for a full five starts with attentive and friendly staff. Make sure you visit Bij Best for a great breakfast, lunch or coffee.

Went to Delft to visit this place for a brunch and it was totally worth it. The food is amazing, the service superb and when you are on the boat just for you to know, you might go left, right back and forth. Really nice experience. For sure we will recommend the place.
