We got the meatball sub and the one meat. They were both absolutely delicious. Staff was super friendly and the location is next to Fred Meyers which is very convenient for a pure grocery trip snack or meal. So glad they're open again (new owners). This is my favorite sandwich place. I love their cheesey garlic bread! BIG sandwiches, hard to finish. We normally have a great experience getting sandwiches from this location. Not so much this time, our bread was very dry to the point it was crumbling when you try to eat it. Asked for extra mayo on one sandwich and they barely put any on. Please stop trying to save money on days old bread and give paying customers the best quality. I used to love this place but it’s been about 6 years. Today I ordered my old favorite hot pastrami for my son and I. There was something horribly wrong with the meat. We both agreed it tasted chemically, only ate about a quarter of it before having to throw out a couple 15 dollar sandwich’s. I’m pretty sad about it. So the new owner was very nice. Unfortunately the rating is low due to the fact that I ordered the cranberry turkey sandwich and I only got lettuce, tomato and cheese. I tried calling back but n/a. While the service was nice the sandwich was unfortunately bland. The sandwich is prepared where you cannot see, otherwise I would have mentioned on the spot.

Not a great experience unfortunately. Close to 40mins late on a online pickup order which to be fair was 12 subs, but the order was placed 45mins+ before pickup time. Website they use needs to give realistic times or just let me know I can't order that many at a time. The inside must have been 85 degrees on a 60 degree day. And one sub that was ordered and paid for was forgotten by BTH so there was one person in our group that didn't have lunch that day. I have a huge hunch that the potato and mac salads are from Fred Meyer, which isn't necessarily a negative but just an FYI for others. 2 stars because the large subs were big and tasted just okay. The manager is usually working and he remembers people pretty well. I always get exactly what I order. If you want to order 3+ sandwiches around lunch time, I recommend ordering ahead and picking it up. They are only open till 3. The bread is amazing as well as the soups. Love this place.
