After driving in the snow to take my fiancée to an appointment I was wanting a nice hot cup of coffee. As we entered the building we made a bee line for the coffee counter. When we arrived at the counter the lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge us or even look up from her phone as she flipped the sign to closed and walked away. Service: 1
