The staff at Big Bear Coffee Roasting Co is very friendly and shared knowledgeable suggestions. The Mother’s Camp latte hit the spot perfectly after our morning hike. Their espresso is so rich and tasty, it made the best cortado I can remember!! They have sample jars of all their beans to give you the chance to smell each roast; we decided on the dark-roasted Early Riser. Looking forward to coming back. Many Thanks to all at Big Bear!! Small, family owned coffee in Big Bear. Heard of this place from “YouTuber” that covers the Big Bear area. It was cool to see Chris (owner) in the shop. My white chocolate mocha was yummy. Bought some flavored coffee that is roasted in house. Give this place a try!
I love this coffee !!! Chris is knowledgeable and helpful. He roasts raw beans on site. Wonderful smell. He provides a unique opportunity for quality coffee. Many flavors to choose from, by the cup or 1 pound bags to brew at home. I am hooked, and blessed I live close by.

Friendly lil shop on Big Bear blvd with Friendly staff and a ton of coffee to purchase for home use. Really tasty and worth the stop.
Best coffee in town and in SoCal. We have come back many times! Their espresso drinks are the best but we have also enjoyed cold brew from there. A must have in Big Bear!

A cozy, friendly spot to get your morning Java and small pastries. The owner, Chris is very knowledgeable about different types of coffee and roasts. With its friendly and fast service, this small coffee company is sure to warm your heart!
I think the espresso beverages here are little strong. Small=3 shots,medium=4 shots. But it's a roaster and I am rating this place based on their beans. Normally I am not a big fan of flavored beans, they usually hide something. I bought 2 bags of flavoured beans, each had relatively recent roast dates. They extract great espresso, smell and taste fantastic too. There are sample bean jars on the shelf you can see and smell before buying a bag. Their bean bags don't have valves, and the wait time in the shop was a little high due to it being a one-man show at the time (this labor shortage warning was posted at the door, so can't blame him). Also the opening time was one hour later than what Google suggested (might change back). If you are a coffee lover of any kind, or looking for a gift, this is a must-go place in Big Bear before you return home.
They were very friendly at this place. And the service was extremely fast. The coffee was just OK. Mostly dark roasts so if that’s what you’re into you’ll like it.
Delicious coffee. Hit the spot, fantastic customer service. Great place for true coffee lovers.. they have a wide assortment of beans to choose from.
