People may eat good laing at this confectionary restaurant. Nothing can be better than tasting nicely cooked sundaes, waffles and strawberry cheesecakes. Gorgeous location, tons of parking, easy to find, pleasant breezeway, indoor and outdoor seating, tidy, fun color scheme, great signage, lots of flavors, options for cups, cones, drinks, cakes, etc., waffle cones made fresh, friendly staff, free samples, catchy music, clean atmosphere/scent, good portions and prices, "A" all around.

I literally walk in and tell them the order I'm there for, and my order was ready, but I had to wait 10 minutes for them to hand me the order for some reason?! Incompetence at it's finest Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a banana split and milkshake. Banana spilt was literally melted to the point of it leaking and getting everywhere as soon as we got it and opened it, and there were no bananas in it. Milkshake was okay. Super disappointed overall.

Happened to be staying at the nearby GVR, decided to go on a walk and being a very hot day I was elated to see Ben & Jerry’s close by! Obviously decided to stop in for a scoop and was happy to see my favorite, Phish Food. The scoop was delicious as always, the service was great but only gripe is the size of the location. As soon as the indoors has over three customers it’s seemingly shoulder to shoulder. So if you aren’t a fan of close quarters this may not be your favorite location.

Staff here is super friendly. I work for the delivery apps and I get a bunch of pickups for here. They are always a pleasure to deal with. 5/5 on customer service.

Very good ice cream served by friendly staff. The flavors I tried I haven't found in the grocery stores, but I wish that they were there. Most of the combinations that are offered at the grocery stores aren't to my liking, but I will remember that I can get flavors that I enjoy at their local shops.

Ice cream looked like it was melted then frozen. No napkins and wooden spoons UGH. $8 for ice cream and you give me a disgusting wooden spoon. Definitely would not go back
