This place looked like it was closing down - the vibe is like so depressing and sad. Seriously- there was low lighting; it wasn’t inviting and the tables looked dingy. One person working that seemed so overwhelmed since there was a little line. Grant the ice cream was amazing and it was cool to bring the kids to experience the joy of Ben & Jerry’s but whoa 😳😭

Disappointing. The store seems run down, the ice cream display case was disorganized, one flavor we ordered was too melted for the employee to scoop so we couldn’t get that flavor and they were out of waffle cones (which we later noticed was mentioned in other reviews). The place just seems like the owner hasn’t put any effort into it in a long time. For how busy downtown is, it’s curious why the only ice cream place isn’t in better shape. Obviously the ice cream we could order tasted good but that’s the only good thing about this place.

Got a banana split and even though they were busy, “one poor girl working by herself and the place was packed” I was served this masterpiece! The Chunky Monkey was a perfect fit! Great ice cream and wonderful service!

Great ice cream, and customer service was amazing!! I myself am a picky person so i take time with ordering and customer service stays great. Wonderful flavors, the only thing stopping this getting is a 5 is it kinda looks dead inside. It could definitely use a remodel

Ice cream was great, but the place looked very depressing. Some lights were off and some things on the menu were taken off. It looked like it was closing down. Also, the bins they take the ice cream out of were so dirty… honestly, I don’t know what to say. The kids working there looked so sad and droopy and just made the vibe worse. Wouldn’t recommend but if you are just going to get ice cream and leaving it doesn’t really matter.
