Overall, the cream puffs did taste good and yes this is a franchise. The creams they stuff it with are definitely one of the best I've had🤤. But I wish the puffs were a little more flaky and soft. I think the cookies and cream with vanilla was definitely the best. But for a nice changeup I like the matcha. The chocolate was good but not my preference. The reason why their cream is so good is because it's not overly sweet!

Bought a six pack of cream puffs to help celebrate my birthday because I (mistakenly) thought it would similar to the cream puffs I’ve had in Japan. NO THEY WERE NOT! 😢
The “puff” portions were oddly dried out but still somehow chewy. (stale?) The cream part was… ***way*** more cream than puff. The taste of the cream flavors were “ok” but for the fact there was so much of it, I sorta feel the balance was off.
The young girls behind the counter were more cute than helpful. They appeared bothered by my wife and I entering the otherwise empty store. They oddly were *completely* clueless about about the items for sale in the store after we asked questions.
While your results may vary, I have no desire to give this store or this food another try.

First time. The staff was friendly and explained the flavor and how to choose the puff . The cheesecake was good. I liked the creme brulee and the cookies and cream with hazelnut cream..... It is not extremely sweet and the flavor is nice. It is something different but nice. I will go next time to try green tea flavor and the tea drinks.
Beard Papa's cream puffs are good. I like the original with vanilla cream as well as their other specialty flavors (s'mores and cookies and cream). Yummy! Enjoy them fresh and if you have leftovers make sure to refrigerate. Their staff is nice too.
The Shu-creams were excellent. The guy was very kind. I know it's a chain, and well-known that they're not inexpensive, but that's the only reason why I cannot go there often.
I would remove the "Please throw away your trash and put your chairs in." label. It doesn't look welcoming for people who spend a lot of money for small sweets. Also remember, if you leave them in your hot car for a few minutes, the cream will spoil rather quickly and get sour, so one must be careful to keep them chilled.

Tried this spot for the first time. We ordered the Original w Vanilla, Original w/chocolate, Chocolate w/Vanilla and Chocolate w/chocolate. Store was clean and bright. Yellow walls and chairs (my favorite color) Service was great! All of my questions were answered with a smile.
I thought this place was for beard oils!! 😅
I love a good eclair and this place did not disappoint. I’ve been plotting the idea of checking this place out ever since I noticed it on the Door Dash app.
The place is spacious and not a lot of people there. The associates working seemed friendly even though it was hard to hear what was being said through the glass and the mask 😷 😂. Luckily for them I knew what I wanted and I got the s’mores and chocolate eclairs both filled with chocolate.
😍😍 I planned to save the strawberry one for a snack at work the next day, but judging by how fast that s’more eclair disappeared, somehow in the blink of an 👁 the strawberry chocolate filled eclair disappeared too 🤷🏾♂️.
Needless to say, Beard Papa does a great job so I’ll be back.

I love this place, Japanese style puff pastry with a variety of different fillings and toppings. Made fresh daily. They also do a variety of refreshing drinks. If you like cream puffs these are some of the best around.
Here is the honest review. I understand that your place is franchise and it's not someone's local idea to create such a shop. Chocolate fondant is a joke. It's a cookie with a cream on the very top. That's not how you do fondant. Those puffs ... I understand that it's simplified version of French eclairs, so you won't need to train your employees to cook good ones. But here is the thing. Shell is super hard to bite, but filling is too soft. So, - whenever you are biting, - it's everywhere in your room. You cannot eat that thing (puff) without paper towels and washing your hands. 2 Stars just because you are not another cupcake place.
