Nothing can be better than eating nicely cooked banana split, doughnuts and chocolate custard. This place is famous for delicious chocolate frappe or good coffee. Gracious employees reflect the style and character of Baskin-Robbins. Fast service is something guests like here. But most people who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Very rude staff member (Latina, 5'5" wearing glasses) worked around 2:30pm on Saturday 3/3/2024. Waited 30 mins for an ice cream and asked her a question and she completely ignored me and the customers behind me even said she is very rude. If you cannot greet customers at least do not give customers a cold shoulder Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got this Steelers ice cream cake for my husband’s Birthday two weeks ago and omg it is delicious Oreo ice cream with white cake and cool creamy butter cream frosting on the outside!! So bomb the service was Aight! But I’m rating this Cake all fives it’s so good!! Only cost me $43.00 after taxes. Also you have to Order 24-48hrs ahead

The shake on the right is what I ordered, but the one on the left is what I got. This was as it turns out prepared by the 'shift leader'. I asked her how she made it and she said 'the correct way', this in spite of the fact that over her shoulder was a picture of the product as it was supposed to be. She had refused to give me a receipt too. At first I was going to let the appearance go but the taste was that of Oreo's. It seems she was trying to pass one of her other mistakes off on me. The fact she would not even admit that the appearance was wrong was the give away. They've always been rude in there as another mentioned they usually ignore a customer who first walks in, but the products been good once you got it, but this is the last time I'll go into any Baskins Robbins, or Dunkin' Donuts , which shares the location, for that matter the corporate office nor anyone else there cares about the piss poor all round service. It's no wonder these locations are usually empty on a hot summer day, when they used to be packed. They've made me go away too.

Despite the apparent lack of customer service and care the staff can tend to display, they do have so many flavors of 🍦 ice cream, 🥛 milkshakes, and ice cream 🎂 cakes that you can't find anywhere else. Use the drive through to stay away from the less than clean inside. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms.

I will never be coming here again, their disposition to serving customers is displeasing. Unfortunately my family of 6 and I didn't even get ice cream as we waited 15 min. for them to finish their conversation. RITA YOU SHOULD CONSIDER A NEW STAFF.

Ordered a iced coffee cream and sugar and 10 munchkins. Got a very bitter coffee with nothing in it. The fact that they cant even make the most simple coffee in the menu is sad. I didnt complain just asked for creamer packets but not even that made it better it was disgusting im never going back i even asked the lady its just very bitter and all she said was.. “yeah..”on top of that they obviously dont even know how to count because i got 9 instead of 10 munchkins.

I have been going to this location for years for one thing the cappuccino blast. Always very nice and polite staff. I love this location it is always a great experience going here.

I’ve gone to this baskin Robbins/Dunkin twice in maybe 3-4 months. The first time I ordered a cappuccino blast & they said they were out. Ok, got it, headed to Coldstone. Second experience this weekend, same exact experience. After waiting in a drive thru for 20 min they claim they ‘just ran out’. Sure. Again, on to Coldstone. Also are they open or not open? Just seems bizarre there- like children are trying to run the store but don’t have an adult to tell them what to do. They just need to close.
