Who the hell doesn’t like Baskin-Robbins?! Pralines and Cream for life! Treat yourself and order a 6 pack of clown cones…it will change your life! Super friendly staff, always a good time!

They dont even have the courtesy to leave some sanitizer on the counter for customers to use and when I asked if they had any they said "we don't leave it out front". If they're too cheap to spend a few bucks on hand sanitizer then I don't trust them to handle my food safely and sanitarily.

I just turned 50, and my step-mom ordered an chocolate ice cream cake for me. I used to get those on my birthday as a child. Anyway, the cake is AMAZINGLY GREAT.

I love this place!! The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. They always have my favorite flavor!! On the 31st, scoops are just $1.50.

It was not busy at all on an early Monday evening. The banana split was made perfectly with a good amount of toppings. The cones were a nice size scoop and the ice cream is like all Baskin-Robbins. We really enjoy the different flavors and the consistency of their ice creams. I do wish there were more take home flavor options in the pre scooped containers, but you can get any of the flavors in a quart to go, it just costs more. They also offer a decent variety of pre-made ice cream cakes for special occasions or just because.

so a friend & I had a "spur of the moment late-night" craving for hot fudge sundae with butter pecan ice cream night before last. -- we 'zoomed' down to Baskin Robbins at Boulder Hwy/Basic Rd and pulled into their service line at 09:48pm. (The hours posted said they close at 10:00pm.) The "OPEN" sign was lit and they had not blocked the entrance to the line. WHEW! There was one car in front of us being served. As that car pulled away, we were told the store was CLOSED and they could not serve us. WHAT?! We explained we were "in line" well before 10pm and expected to be served. I asked if I had actually been inside the building would they have asked me to leave - she said no. We asked to be served as if we had been inside since they were not accepting customers inside. The young lady went inside where we could see a grown man counting the register and several employees beginning to clean. A different young girl came out and told us they could not serve us. She even told us the time we had pulled in. When we tried to explain we only needed 2 sundaes she said we could talk to the manager the next morning but refused service. She explained the manager had closed the register. WHAT??! I said "your manager is inside and sent YOU out to talk with us?" She said yes. I told her she "needed to find a different job because her manager had hung her out to dry." I will drive past this business (which is close to my house) to one further away before I will ever support this location and this manager! **we ended up getting our ice cream sundae from Sonic on E LakeMead Parkway. **(The ice cream machine at Sonic on Boulder Hwy was down.) *****GOOD GRIEF!******

My girlfriend and I go here every now and then. The building is a little run down on the outside, sometimes it looks like it isn't even operational anymore, however the inside is quaint. The workers are usually very nice and helpful. It can get very crowded inside, because the store is so small, but it is nice, and the variety is pretty good! There are also special deals they have, like dollar scoop night. Be warned if you just want to get in and get out fast, it won't happen.

This particular location has been there for quite some time. They have Good Ice Cream and Friendly Staff who even made suggestions on toppings when building our Sundaes. My Family and I will definitely be back!
