We love ice cream. Baskin Robbins has a been a frequent on our stops lately. All the kids can get a flavor and it’s a great! They have cakes in the back. Numerous flavors to choose from! They’ve even started offering dipped cones with sprinkles and other items. Been coming here a lot lately with COVID-19! This location has a number of flavors.

So disappointed, went in with gift cards my mom had given my boys for the holiday and we ordered about $65 worth of ice cream. The register was not working, it would not accept my gift cards ($40 worth) or my debit or credit card (we tried a few just in case it was a bank issue) so I was given the option of leaving my ice cream there while I went to get cash....I was not expecting to spend $65 for ice cream, I was okay with the $25....... the girl working was so nice and so apologetic (this is the only reason for the 2nd star) i asked if there was a discount that could be given and she said she would give my name and number to the manager to see if they could rectify the issues we had, it has been 3 weeks and I NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE!! For businesses that are struggling right now, as well as people you would think the customer service would be better....ice cream is a luxury expense and from now on ill go else where to spend my hard earned money!

I love their big selection and variety of flavors. I definitely have my favorites. They're open relatively late, and that's nice and convenient.

It was my wife's birthday and had a variety of cakes. Other locations only had chocolate. Great customer service. I drove from Santa Paula to ventura. Thank you.

We got the Teddy Bear cake for our son's 5th birthday party. It looked cute, but the frosting was rancid, spoiling the entire cake. You'd think the cake maker's would taste the frosting before using it.

Sienna and Veronica were the absolute best!! We've been coming here for a while, and while all service has been good, these two went above and beyond, we're very attentive and got the job done while still being very friendly!!! Thank you girls!!🧡💛

Horrible customer service! I asked for a simple milkshake n it looked like smoothly . That taste like flavor milk! When I asked if she could please remake it With less milk so it's thick like milkshake she was irritated threw them in trash rolled her eyes n asked the other gal or I think she was a girl ..Hannah to make them . She made it same way .. Dose BR not properly show these young min wage kids how to make a simple milkshake? N I asked her if they were taught n she Rudely replied that's ur standard milkshake !!!! Um no that's a smoothly . Who wants melted ice cream to drink . . Very disappointed

My fav location is the one located by the mall at 5 points but we also go to the one on Victoria. I love ice cream! A must to try is the sundae shake two scoops of your fav ove cream and another flavor for the shake, caramel topping (or any syrup if your liking), peanuts and a cherry. Yummm!
