Tucker and his crew are helpful and cheerful even when they are busy and sometimes understaffed. They can make special request items.

If you go to this store and pay by cc be sure to get the receipt. On 9/8 and again on 9/26 my wife and I went in to purchase 2 medium cappuccino blasts with our cc and was charged $8 each of those days. On 10/1 it was warm out so we decided to visit again but this time after declining our receipt for our purchase, the young lady charged us $13.38 for 2 cappuccino blasts. We wouldn't have known if we didn't check our banking account online. Some employees at the Windsor store may need some training in ethics or something. Please BEWARE and accept your receipts when visiting the Windsor store.

Friendly and clean, this location was recently remodeled and it looks great. The staff were attentive and seem to enjoy working there. The ice cream rocks!... but that's a given.

I was waiting to pay and the girl walked up and was on her cell phone for at least 15 seconds , and then asked if I would like anything else.
