My family hosted a Chiefs party and we ordered an ice cream cake for the occasion. It was a huge hit! My trip home was 30 minutes and it was still in great form (if it was a hot summer day I would have planned ahead and brought a cooler). It was a great addition and everyone loved it! The customer service was excellent too! Highly recommend

Over the years this Baskin Robbins has remained pretty consistent- the ice creams good, the flavors stay the same, the building looks the same, and service is the same, except recently the Blue Raspberry Sherbet was removed. That was the best sherbet flavor they had, I don't like any of the mixed flavor stuff and as someone who doesn't do dairy it's sad such a popular flavor has gone missing. That negative aside, my family has never had an issue with service other than a minor wait when things get real busy. The staff are always nice and friendly. We recently tried an ice cream cake for a birthday instead of DQ and my family says it tasted much better. They now have a drive through at this location which is interesting.

Poor customer service. I ordered a cake for my daughters 15th birthday. I picked it up. My car was cool and I had a 30 minute drive home. The cake should have been frozen solid. It should have made the drive. It didn’t . 10 minutes before I got home the cake melted beyond repair. I called the store and they said they would refund my money….. no refund . I couldn’t serve the cake . It cost over $40. I had to buy a new cake. They said they would make it right when I called after they were rude and said I should have brought a cooler.nothing online says that you only have 10 minutes before it melts completely. I have bought cakes from Dairy Queen and they didn’t do this. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend anyone buy an ice cream cake from them . It won’t even make it home :( I have attached a picture of the before and after picture. You can see that it wasn’t even salvageable.

The ice cream was good, but the store is filthy. Smeared, dried, crusty ice cream all over the table, the counter by the register, and on the glass cases. It doesn't take a lot to periodically wipe down all the flat surfaces with a damp cloth with antiseptic on it. Also some wall molding torn off exposing bare wood beneath. The owner/manager needs to take an active part in the operation of this store and clean things up. I wanted to go elsewhere but we are traveling through the area and we're just across the lot at the laundromat so we really didn't know where to go as we are not familiar with the area.

Great little ice cream shop. Dozens of yummy flavors. We got waffle cones with two scoops, and there was so much ice cream that we could barely finish them. This location can often struggle with cleanliness, but the quality of the ice cream is consistent and reasonable. I typically know what I want before I get there, and it's almost always in stock. Patio seating can be lacking during Summer rushes.

Baskin Robbins was wonderful to work with for my daughter's birthday cake. Sam went above and beyond! I showed him a picture of what my daughter liked, and he nailed it. Highly recommend!

The ice cream is always great. Staff was very polite and helpful. Also one of the employees was very thankful that I was able to help them get rid of their hiccups.
