Baskin-Robbins ice cream! Yes it's a bit pricey but it's not only good it's actually ice cream and not 'frozen dairy desert'. Frozen dairy what? Go read the label on that tub of frozen stuff in your freezer. There's a good chance it's not actually ice cream. Anyhow this store had 3 very nice young women working. They took care of my order with ease. Had the new limited edition Spicy 'n Spooky ghost pepper and its excellent! 31 flavors really did a great job with this one. Go get you some!

If I could put a 0 I would. We ordered mangodona and the gal made it absolutely disgusting we could not even drink it after a sip and letting the cashier no it was not drinkable she immediately said we still would get charged full price. Not even an offer for something new or remove it from bill just wanted me to payfull price. Terrible service from Kelly the MANAGER and my first time going to ice cream in years with my children. Such a disappointment not recommended tons of ice cream shops in the area that give better service and serve great ice cream Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place has zero customer service!!! When we walked in and the 1st thing we hear was the girls arguing over who was going to help the customers and who was going to do the door dash orders made it very clear neither wanted to help. When we ordered our food the girl with the very short, ear length hair almost questioned me on my choice and seemed disgusted that I had asked for frosting on top. She literally put a dot of icing on and when I asked for more her attitude was evident. I honestly dont thinj she even added anymore and had she not slammed it back on the counter I would have questioned her. She made it extremely clear she was annoyed and truly didn't want to be there. Chris is an absolute gem!! We sat and ate our ice cream and observed him interact with every single customer asking how their day was. He created a warm and inviting atmosphere with such a positive attitude! Get this kid a raise!!! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

1/22/22 Doesn’t matter you guys just either don’t care or? Wrong item for child. Ordered Shark ice cream treat. Expected that with shark hat. Got the turtle which isn’t what child likes. ☹️ On triple scoop we ordered hot fudge - no hot fudge. What’s the point of ordering items if we don’t get what we ask for from this place. They never get it right. May as well say, “here’s $35” and think -really hard- about what we want and hope it works out. 😑😤 FAIL EVERY TIME. - Older review: Both two scoops. The chocolate one is even a sundae. 😑 We love you Baskin Robbins, why did you do this to us? Why?

My son and I went recently and had a great experience! Staff was friendly and efficient, ice cream was good as always. I see reviews in the past year or so are all over the place, and I have to say a good part of that may be due to the staffing crisis and the economic downturn. People are working jobs they may not have experience in and it's a big learning curve for more people than it has been historically, so there are fewer experienced staff to train and mentor new staff. I think customers should take this into consideration and rate service based on what's normal at the time, and be thankful you're still getting service and be nice even when it isn't perfect. People learn, as evidenced by the fact that the service we got recently was great. I'm happy local businesses are doing what they can to stay open so that, when I want an ice cream or whatever, these things are still available.

If I could I would not give them a single star. My husband and I went into get a scoop of ice cream. The three young girls who were working were rude to all customers. They seemed upset that we interrupted their chat session. When I asked for a scoop one blonde girl dished it up and threw it on the counter. I told my husband we would eat our ice cream outside because every surface was dirty with garbage on the floor. All of the other customers had the same idea. People were eating on a bench or out of the back of their truck. This place has turned into a dump. We will speed money where the staff has customer service training and know how to clean.

Ordered a large cotton candy milkshake and a triple scoop cup of 3 different flavors, I received a bubblegum milkshake. I didn't try it until after eating the dinner I got, so an hour or so later, noticed it was bubblegum. I went back to the store and they swapped out the bubblegum for cotton candy without charge, worried me before going in if they would do that but was so pleased that they did! Will obviously be going back, loved that great customer service!
