My family ordered a turkey cake from here and they did not have it. They claimed the decorator quit. Then they tried giving us someone else's cake. And then they refused to give a full refund - the cashier claimed he could only give a partial refund because it would come out of his paycheck. Calling corporate to complain. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

Unlike a lot of other Dunkin donuts locations that I’ve been to the one person that was the cashier was super nice and very quick however, the actual location is very disappointing. They did not have any donuts in stock besides longjohns, and the cleanliness was questionable.
Food was great. The service available was great. Problem was there was only one person working the entire building. The guy working did a great job of handling the crowd and keeping everyone calm. Perhaps not a place to stop when in a rush if the management regularly keeps only one person working during the morning shift.
I ordered from Dunkin Donuts not Baskin-Robbins but when I placed the order for my sandwich I asked specifically for jelly, to go with it, and he said okay and took my money. I was waiting and watching while he looked for bacon and then heated up my food, handling my food with one glove hand and my food wrapper with an ungloved hand. He folded the wrapper put it in a bag and handed the bag to me and I knew there was no jelly in the bag and I asked again for jelly and he said we have no jelly. I said I asked for jelly when I place the order then he went to go look for jelly and came back and told me we have no jelly then the supervisor who prepped food without any gloves came to tell me we have no jelly and how can he give me something they don't have in a rather rude tone. I won't be going back to that Dunkin.
Staff got order wrong and were very unprofessional. I won't be ordering from here ever again. And its sad that some people have to be unprofessional in their jobs.
