Went in for a ice cream cake! The owner was very sweet and it was obvious how much she loved her business! The cake was very very good and she even wrote on it for us! Will be back! I always want to support small businesses! Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The shake is as fluid as water.... When I asked for it to be made right she instantly replied "It's just gonna be that way again, Our ice cream is too hard." Well I thought that's why you blend it? Maybe don't blend it for so long or add less milk? The owner nails it EVERY time and there has never been an issue in the many man orders in the past. It would have been far less annoying if the young lady would have simply fixed the issue instead of beat around the bush hoping I would accept trash service and unedible products...

The service here is always excellent. They are quick but also personable and willing to recommend based on dietary needs, tastes, or seasonal flavors. I love coming here with my girls.

Went there looking for ice cream cookies and cream cake in the medium size for my son's birthday they didn't have one they only had the big one that was really unnecessary for the one child so the girl Sadie was so accommodating and so nice knowledgeable about our products and the surrounding areas where I can go get one and she was willing to make me a specialized frozen pizza for my son's birthday the most excellent service I've had in a long time they have real Jewel there in her. 5 * excellent service thank you so much

We visited here today at noon and the store was closed. There wasn't any signage on the door saying that it would be closed, although many sites online said that it was open. Not sure when it was going to open, so we turned around and left. We have never been to this location, but it sounds like it has been an ongoing problem.

This store has been closed early MULTIPLE times and not 10 minutes early more than an hour. This isn’t fair to people who go out of their way to come and are greeted by a locked door. The hours posted need to be the hours they are open unless inclement weather, emergency etc. that’s the cost of doing business during winter.. it’s slow. Really unhappy with the service here as well most of the time for example, on my birthday I had ordered a cake and told them I was coming back 20 min. before close and the lady was already locking the doors as I walking up. Ice cream is good at least.
