About
Try good ice cream and perfectly cooked ice cream cakes. The staff is said to be friendly here. A number of visitors note that the service is decent. Terrific decor helps the clients relax. 4 is what this confectionary restaurant got from the Google rating system.

This BR is filthy and should not pass a surprise health department inspection After 3 visits we will never go back. The glass countertops are caked with food stains and other grit. The containers are not clean nor are the different pieces of machinery they use. Customer service is sub par and the selection minimal. Go to the BR in Fairfield and see the difference. There they have a wonderful BR with a great selection, friendly customer service and a pristine environment which is the way it should be. The employee who greeted and served us was very nice. However this store is always so dirty inside. I dont want to touch anything or sit at any of the tables because of how fithly eveything looks. My shoes stick to the floor. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Not sure why this is rated 4.1 stars. I assume there has been a change in ownership. Walked in 20 minutes to closing and saw a girl sitting in the corner on her cell phone, Another person walks into the back, and a young man rushes up to us rudely, stating they are closed. Why didn’t you lock the doors then? Also, what is with their work attire? This kid was wearing pajama pants and a beanie. More people need to leave review so the owner can pay attention. I didn’t get service this evening, but based on this experience, I won’t be back.
Smallest portion I have ever seen! And it was my birthday... They didn't seem to care. Zero personality.
Long before all those "premium" ice cream places started popping up with their selections of odd flavors and toppings, Baskin-Robbins was there with their 31 flavors and their collection of tried and true traditional toppers. Entering pretty much any BR brings back memories of childhood for older folks like me. Most of the flavors remain the same and the favorite plain and sugar comes are always there too. Sure, they've added new things here and there, but that's not why people go here. We go because it is comfortable and affordable and reliably the same with no real risk of getting anything we won't like. This location has always been clean and well-lit when I've gone. The service has always been friendly and timely. I wish there was a water fountain, something which used to be a standard feature at almost every 31 Flavors but which seems to have mostly disappeared these days. Too bad. Ice cold water is the perfect thing to wash down melting sweet cream. Look, if you want ice cream or just a sense of sharing almost 75 years of experiences with those who have come before, this is a great place. Stop in. Enjoy yourself. Bring the kids or a friend or come by yourself so you can get the triple-scoop you really want without judgement. You can't go wrong.
The children who work here are very rude. I arrived and they took too long to serve me. The super slow girl, I don't know if she does it on purpose. very bad service
There was only one very hard working girl to take care of too many people. One person ordered three hand packed quarts of the hardest ice cream I've ever seen. She tried her hardest while four people walked out. I felt very bad for her. Not her fault that management made her and Baskin Robbins look bad.

I just love this place love love the ice cream
These lazy employees just stand around on their phones instead of making the orders. You walk in and no one greets you they just stay staring at their phones. It’s sad.

This is the MOST EXPENSIVE Baskin Robbins I have ever visited. $2 higher tha ANY other store in Northern California for a SMALL Cappuccino Blast. Over $7.00. Never again.
