U need to train your employees better. New girl gave me 2 tiny scoops for regular price. Had to tell her that’s wrong scoop. Also ordered another double scoop to go and and it totaled about one scoop again. Do we not have common sense or what. Train your employees.

Really good place! They allow you to use coupons although you can only use the electronic ones on the Baskin-Robbins app as their POS system is linked up to Auntie Anne's so beware fellow coupon-ers. The shakes and smoothies are amazing. There can be a long wait sometimes because it's usually only one person working but I would definitely go there again.

I went there to use a valid coupon and get some ice cream (which has worked at every other store) but they said "we don't take coupons" and made us pay full price. To add onto it, my girlfriends ice cream was not handed to her, instead set into a ice cream holder which got a bunch of old ice cream on her cone.

Typical Baskin Robins ice cream. The one guy working when I went was very polite and friendly. I would say if you want ice cream this is not a bad spot.

Came to this baskin Robbins. Online it says it closes at 11:00pm. It was 10:18pm and she said they were close. When I told online it says closes at 11:00pm she said Monday-Thursday no. Never coming to this place ever.

Drove across the city to have a banana split with my wife at and the web site said they close at 11 but the cashier said they close at 10 👎what a first experience!!
