I have been to this place a few times now, mostly for lunch and sometimes only to grab a drink and chat with a friend. My overall impression is very positive, the only issue is that the staff are generally very busy. So they are not available right away and mostly not smiling. They are not rude or ay, they just don’t provide the kind feeling you expect in such a cozy place. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The menu is diverse enough and the drinks are customisable. My favourite is iced coffee! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €20–30

Went to grab a drink to go yesterday, I asked for a chai latte with a pump of pistachio monink. The girl that helped me was very kind and understanding. So I paid 6 euros( kind of expensive for such a drink) and waited for my drink. When I got my drink I already thought it looked a bit different that usual, but thought maybe they did something special today. I walked out and took a sip of my drink, I noticed right way that there was coffee in there. But I order a chai so that doesn’t contain coffee. I ofcourse walked back to the shop and asked if something went wrong with my drink. The woman I asked immediately reacted really rude, she said i was in the wrong and that she could not do anything with it. Is that what you call customer service? Ofcourse I apologized because I felt it was my fault even tho they did not take my order correctly. I asked if they could me the drink I asked for so they did, but while making the drink she and her collage were gossiping/ looking at me. After I got my drink I just wanted to leave and not make a scene of it. The drink was still fire but the feeling I left there the with was horrible. The service and cakes we're ok/nice. Iced coffee classic was a good choice. However I'd not suggest an espresso here unless you're into italian / dark roasts

Have been here a couple of times. Had really delicious coffee and breakfast. The traditional breakfast is really yummy! This time I ordered chia breakfast. Also very delicious!

The service, speed, quality and vibe are just 100 times worse than the barista in Julianastraat and I don't understand why. The menu's were not even on the tables and I had to get up and take one myself after 10min wait. The kid's melt was served half the usual size (one triangle, which is half a sandwich??) I recently move into town and this has become my go to cafe. The coffee is really good, if not exceptional. Same for the food, you might find it better somewhere, but this is still really nice. What brings it all together is the nice atmosphere and staff, both are always pleasant and welcoming. A great place for lunch or a coffee that's more than the sum of its parts.

we often drink coffee here. and each time the waiter brings a cookie in his hands. he / she holds the cookie with his bare hands and places it on the table. do you think customers like to eat these cookies after your hands? the answer is no !! it is not hygienic, unpleasant and even disgusting. dear owner of this cafe, please buy a pair of tweezers for waiters or at least disposable gloves. and teach your employees to bring cookies on a napkin at least. I saw you have green paper napkins.
